Came by today 05 Oct 22 at approximately 5ish to purchase a half a dozen of doughnuts, the dumb girl in the register was being... awkward and rude, the doughnuts were old and disgusting with flies. Honestly it's hard to believe that they are still open forbuisness. Honestly that place needs a health inspection. Read more
Let us start with the horrendous parking lot set up. Drive thru is out to the street and unable to access the parking area. If... you do manage to get into a space almost all of them require no one in the drive thru for you to back out. You're left with oneexit and it's impossible to make that in 1 turn with a full size truck or if anybody is in the drive thru. So you think OK I'lldo the alley around back but that is also one size doesn't fit all. Now let's move on to the food and coffee. My caramel lattewas very good and my sandwich was OK...... We were told there's no ham and the egg was slightly undercooked. The donuts we'renot fresh and the icing was so thin it was running down the sides. For reference this was on a Saturday morning around 10 AM.They only got 2 stars because my coffee tasted the same as my regular Dunkin. Read more
I am sick and tired of this location. I will not spend a other dollar here. I always order a frozen coffee with caramel flavor.... When your handed your coffee it's puke white and tastes like a glass of milk. DISGUSTING. Everytime they want to blame in on newemployees, well who the hell is charge around here ? They usually have freshly made donuts. For the pass two purchases, they taste as if they were day old. I stopped there around 8... or 8:30 am this past weekend so I am kind of disappointed this time around. The service has been good. The donuts, not so good!Almost forgot to mention, found a few strands of hair on a couple of the donuts! Put the hair nets back on people! Read more

Went on a Thursday morning. Ordered a Hot Chai latte. When I got to the window I waited a few extra minutes (which didn't bother... me). When I got the drink I put it up to my nose and it reeked of burnt coffee and a slight cologne smell. It might be mypregnancy nose but it indeed was not a Chai latte. I'm assuming they didn't know how to make it so they just made a regularlatte. I didnt have time to go inside and get it fixed. There were at least 4 people making drinks. I could tell nothing wasorganized. I feel this location is only good for cheap donuts and subpar coffee. Mchenry location is better. Read more
