The worst Tim Hortons in Canada. First drive through at its smallest where a pickup truck needs to back up to get through the... drive through. The drive through is meant for a smart car or a compact car. If you drive through watch out for the light postand you will need to back up. I have seen 6/10 people hit the light post. Service is slow due to labour shortage and due to thisthe restaurant is usually closed. Drive through stays open past 2pm and shuts down at 6pm. Yikes :(. Unfortunately some staff are really unpleasant and unprofessional such instances of this are berating fellow co... workers arguing with the customers over irrelevant facts and minor issues generally 70 percent of the time its ok however thereare a few problem employees who obviously have not spent much time in retail or customer facing positions that require top notchcustomer service skills especially in the high speed coffee industry within a franchise no less. Again moost of the time it'sok... But hearing the abuse from certain figures towards co workers is really not a good look, grow up. Be polite, courteous,helpful, understanding, efficient, respectful, and precise instead of nasty argumentative and confrontational just a thought. They also seem to have real issues with retention not a good sign of a healthy business with good leadership which perhapsexplains a lot. I have hope for this location.. Stopped there to run in get a coffee, there were 2 ladies inside ordering one of whom works there we are assuming, the other... was very very rude. They were being mean to the staff and ended deleting there order so we could order then the one lady goesbehind the counter and starts putting her own order in and going on and on about a discount button! This was very veryunprofessional! And I personally feel that just because you work at a place you should not be going behind the counter on yourday off! I felt bad for the staff who were apologetic to us, I think that Tim Hortons should have a manager or supervisor onsite!
