We ordered on the app for in store pickup as we wanted to eat in the restaurant but my son wanted something (a special?) he saw... on the app. We got there and they were closed. We knocked on the door and they came to the door and were irritated we knocked.We explained we ordered and wanted to pick it up and eat inside. They told us we could pick it up in the drive through. Wecould not cancel the order and go somewhere else, apparently we were not able to cancel and not pay. We did not want to eat inthe car but that was the only choice. While we were eating we saw others try to go in but the doors were locked a d theyleft. Basically very not nice employees treating the customers poorly because they decided to close the dining room early andthen not allowing the order to be canceled for a refund. The whole experience could have gone better if the employees had justbeen a little more pleasant instead of being irritated at us for knocking on the door when we had placed an order for in storepickup. Food has been consistently good every time we've stopped by here, but today they served me the best Bean Burrito With Lettuce... I've ever had. Seriously, I've been ordering BBWL's for at least 20 years, and this is the one that has me writing a 5-starreview on Google Maps. Keep it up! Read more
Okay so I usually swing by this location after working in town On my way home . Today I went in and ordered a supreme taco pack... and 2 burritos? got all the way home and the taco pack was not supreme and I wouldn?t be mad except the price difference Is morethan a gallon of gas .
