The place is impeccably clean, cute design with plenty of seating inside & outside and across the street from apark. Maybe meet your online date here & go for a stroll when things cool off? Great customer service. The drink was on point every time I ordered my drink. The boba was so warm and chewy.
It has been 2 months since my last visit. I am very disappointed today to the point that I would need to leave a review so the... owner knows that their boba quality is no longer what they are famous for. Not like the other visit, the boba today that I gotis so soggy and enormous just felt like the boba from yesterday. Today might be my last visit from The Alley. It?s not worth topay almost $7 for a large milk tea with soggy boba. Read more
Got a large Ube Taro Brown Sugar Deerioca and it was delicious! Some of the best boba I've ever had - it was perfectly soft and... chewy. The Ube/taro was good but kind of gritty, it definitely added texture to the drink. And the brown sugar part was supersweet but well balanced if you stirred it. Highly recommend! Read more
The milk tea was really good. It wasn?t overly sweet. I loved how creamy it was. The wait was short to receive our order. It was... a nice place to hang out and socialize. We never felt rushed to leave. Enjoyable experience. Will come back to try thestrawberry mochi drink. Read more
Update: We tried new drinks from here. Mango Lulu 50% Sweet and their famous Ube Taro Drink w/less boba (they don't have a less... sweet option for it). The Mango Lulu has coconut cream and mango smoothie. It's quite good and not too sweet. Their famous Tarodrink has bits of taro in it and I hate that texture. The taste is alright, though still sweeter than what I like. High endboba place. We tried strawberry lulu and pear oolong tea. The strawberry lulu had just the right amount of creamy sourness. Theregular boba texture was good. The pear oolong was not as good. It didn't have a strong tea flavor like I expected. Each ofthese cost about $6-7. Too expensive for what we end up getting. Expect a wait if you're coming during their busy times. Worth the wait though. Boba is soft and not too chewy. Milk teas aren't... overly sweet. Repeat trips guaranteed. Read more
I tried the Ube Taro Brown Sugar Deerioca. It was exactly what I was craving so it hit the spot. Deliciously creamy and on the... sweeter end of Boba places. I got mine with less boba because they sweeten it with the boba. I thought the boba tasted prettydelicious and chewy. Read more
