We just got two Tuna sandwiches and both of them barely had any Tuna in the sandwich. I felt like I was eating bread.
Our (male) sandwich artist was attentive and patient; made our sandwiches correct and with love. The other (female) staff member... just stared at me when I asked her a question about my son's kids meal. After no response and I asked again (with no response)the guy that made our meal had to come out from the back to assist me. Tables were dirty and not wiped clean. And this subwaygot rid of the raspberry tea. Not good. Read more
Normally its ok but today there was a new employee ig and he couldn't make the sandwich right... i didn't complain cause i feel... bad but they should train the new people for abit . Took me like 10 minutes to get my sandwich... Read more
NOT Fresh!!! This is the first Subway with stale bread! My first sandwich was a toasted sandwich and I thought it was kind of... too toasted? But then when I ate the one that wasn't toasted noticed it was just like it had been toasted, but it was stale. Ialso wondered why all the bread was falling off the sides and all on top of me stale bread. What else is stale? The two womenwe're not nice at all, looked mad. Well a subway is a subway so, my review is on the service. Today I drove to this subway instead of the 5 others within 5 miles... of my house because I had a coupon. There was only one employee working (within customer view) at 6pm and the 10 sandwiches infront of me took this poor girl 20 minutes to make. I waited patiently then order two of the exact same subs, same bread, sameingredients, she made them at the same time. At the register I handed her the coupon and she took the coupon to another staffmember, then returns to me and says "we're not accepting coupons" ....uhhh... kay... so I get charged for two 6" subs when Iwould've gotten a foot long had I known that they weren't accept coupons. And the fact that she walked over to another staffmember out of customer view to refuse my coupon probably means that's her supervisor who isn't helping her when she's drowningduring the dinner rush. Not sure if the other employee didn't want to help or took their lunch break during the dinner rush butoverall that was a pretty insane situation just to get ripped off. I'd recommend taking the 3 extra minutes to drive to thesubway on Brookhurst and Warner or Ellis. I've never had problems at either of those. **looking back at my review and photo Ialso see that they are also overcharging people DURING A HEALTH PANDEMIC a sales tax by making everyone order "for here" despitetheir seating being closed so it charges sales tax. I never seen a bloody cashier service like here. They dont know how to deal with a customer. Can not recommend for anyone. Not... sure about cleanness of food.
