Spent the day working here and the restrooms are absolutely disgusting and were never cleaned once. Not to mention that you have... to wait in line because the second washroom has been claimed by the employees as a and ?employee? restroom even thought itclearly is a public restroom. They just don?t share the code for you to enter so you can?t used it and have to wait endlessly inline after spending 30+ dollars. That?s probably why the other restroom is so dirty because no employee has seen the inside ofit for god know how long. Drinks always on point, customer service good... But can be very understaffed and slow at times. I do dislike that they don't... take mobile orders certain days and times, makes it very inconvenient these days esp. with no drive thru at a busy location. Read more
Horrible customer service. I spent about $25 dollars here, and I asked to use the restroom. The girl working there told me that... it was closed for the day and the other restroom was only for employees ???? , I asked another guy there if I could use itbecause it was an emergency, he was extremely rude and even told me, ?there is many other places you could go.? I told him thatwas an unnecessary comment and bad customer service. That is why I chose to go there in the first place. Customer service is great. Employees are able to handle the volume and still provide a great level of service. The problem is... the location. Coming here anytime before 2pm is a problem. The sun hits the outside of this location so hard. Other than thatthis Starbucks features a large parking area but no drive thru. Located in the far corner of the Costco town center. Once thesun is done beating down on you this location is nice and not crazy packed. Restrooms could use a little extra attention. Read more
