Came to get pies on Thanksgiving morning - forgot to order online so was stressed out a bit. Saw lines are organized with... clearly marked colored tapes and signs. Employees are all friendly - from the person who greeted at line to update what pieswere available, the person at door, cashiers, to pie packing and person in back they were all courteous and cheerful on a busyday. Thanks for a good experience. Pie was good - first time trying cherry pie and Kaluah cream pie since apple pies were longgone. Good job Marie Calendar staff! Read more
Wow! I didn?t know this chain still existed. This restaurant is a Time Machine. Carpet on the floors, closed off rooms, no flow... at all. It?s like going to a grandma?s house. The menu is huge, which means the food is most likely mass produced and reheated.The only saving grace of this restaurant is the pie. They actually bake those fresh every day and they are excellent. The staffis great here and they try their best to make this an inviting place to eat. If it weren?t for 70 year olds, I don?t thinkthey?d have any customers. Read more
OK so I was very disgusted with this location that I have been going to for over 50 years because of a take-out order I... received! I was craving the potato soup when I was sick and had to go get some so I tried again, I had the best experience Ididn?t recognize anybody from previous visits and I asked was everybody replaced because they were so happy and informative andit was just a great experience for takeout! Marie Callenders is pretty famous for their food and pies. Obviously, if you find their packaged offerings in your supermarket... freezer section, they are popular! I've always enjoyed their salad bar and their corn bread is the BEST! Nice sit downatmosphere and you can have a cocktail too. Read more

Callendars went downhill a few years ago, but this one did pretty well. Servings were plentiful and so was the quality. The... restaurant was NOT very busy at 6 pm on a weeknight but the number of staff was just almost enough to provide great service. Actually, I'd rate the waitstaff at a B plus. Ambience was quiet and well-lit. Nice for a change. Read more
