Best food I've had at McDonald's ever. Fries were nice and golden and hot. You could actually taste the potato and not just... oil. You could tell their oil was clean . All my hot and spicys were fresh and hot. The only thing was the restroom was verydirty and smelled bad. Read more
Employee was very rude. I have thyroid issue and it?s often swollen and sore, and am unable to always speak clear and loud. I... asked for ketchup 3 times before I was able to say it loud enough. 0 stars if I could. Jeff was working the drive thru window and was very unprofessional, then we paid cash and car. This guy... enters the sale as us paying with 5 cents and not 5 dollars and charges the total to the card. Then he puts the 5 in his pocket.We went back and talked to the Janet, at first she seemed helpful then when we told her he pocketed the 5 she flippedimmediately and defended him. After some arguing she gave us back the 5 but no apology or corrective action, just "here".Ridiculous. Read more
They?re under staffed so they rather keep horrible customer service ppl in the window, like the miserable, middle-aged,... privileged, white guy, Jeff, for prime example. Better off hiring kids to run this place, than somebody so unhappy with theresults of his sad life. Not to mention he pocketed my $5 change and I had to go back and argue about it. I started coming to this McDonald?s for a few months now on my way to work stopping in for a coffee there are 2 certain ladies... in the AM one works the window and the other the counter very rude not personable at all very stern demeanor?s and for the lifeof me they can not get my coffee order correct and the 2 times i checked my coffee i gave back to them and kindly let them knowbecause i know mistakes happen but when they turn around and try to argue with you and say well you should of said that and wheni say i did and they respond with no you didn?t at that point i let her know look I?m not gonna argue with you about my order iknow how i order!! Very rude ladies definitely not customer service oriented they should be working elsewhere. Read more
The service was great here. They gave me a free upgrade from a small to a large coffee, and the lady who took my order and... helped out was very pleasant. She was friendly and easygoing. The only thing is with this location- since it is probably one ofthe few McDonald's in Fountain Hills, the drive through line can be a bit long; the wait wasn't too bad however. Fountain Hills store was closed. No previous warning it would be. One drive thru lane had orange cones, other lane did not. I... placed one of the cones in open lane to let others know they are wasting their time at the order window. Read more
