Worst taco bell I've been to. Always opens late, service is incredibly slow. Takes on average 10 to 15 minutes to get a simple... order. I don't understand how management doesn't get this store in order? Is "fast food" no longer a thing? **Update** My wifehas been in the drive through tonight for over 30 minutes!! Unreal!! I am calling corporate and getting someone fired for thecomplete lack of competency this restaurant has!! Get your act together!!!! Never again, wish I could give negative 5 stars. Read more

It's always super busy and they usually forget your soda cup but I'm sure they're doing their best.

Service was terrible on this visit. I waited 20 minutes in line for my 3 soft tacos I ordered. There was plenty of staff there.... I could see them just talking and giggling and having a great time while I sat at the pay window for about 5 minutes while thecars in front of me waited for their meals. There were only 4 cars in the drive thru lane when I arrived. And as they receivedtheir orders I could tell that they were not big orders, so that was not the issue plaguing the staff at Taco Bell this day. Andby the amount of people supporting the cashier at the first window I know staffing was not an issue. Or I guess short staffingwas not an issue. I'm usually reasonable to people if they are really super busy, I give them good feedback for their efforts,but I just can't give them any leeway on this visit. Read more

It's a dump. All the tables were dirty, no one at the counter. Stuff all over the floor. Didn't give me a cup and out of large... cups. Cleaned my own table. Had to order at the kiosk. Read more

Not only did we sit in the line for 40+ minutes, they forgot how to make menu items? ordered a chicken chipotle melt, they... didn?t put cheese or chipotle sauce on it. It was a tortilla with cold chicken. I also ordered and grilled chicken chipotleburrito, it was a tortilla with lettuce and cold chicken. You?d think with them taking their time that they would make thingscorrectly but you?d be wrong. Read more

Since living here, I have gone to this taco bell only a couple times. Every time I have gone to this taco bell it takes at least... 30 to 45 minutes to get through the drive through. They are very unorganized and under managed. Today we went after getting somegroceries and when we are at the pick up window, they left the window open so we could hear everything everyone was saying.While there it was apparent that no one knew what was going on or what orders needed what. I ordered a Mexican pizza and I heardsomeone say, oh, here's the pizza! Like they were looking for it for a while. Going home and looking at what we got, my fiancedid not get his nachos and all the tacos and the Mexican pizza looked like they were sitting out for a while. It was notappetizing or fresh in anyway. Hearing from other friends in the area, this taco bell is known for its slow orders and alwaysgetting something wrong. Every time I go here, something is wrong. If you go here just know that it will take forever and youwon't get exactly what you want. I will try not to go here very often. It is not worth my time or money. I will make the driveto the taco bell on highway 85 and most likely will be saving money and get better food. Read more

Okay. Forget the 30 min wait. And I?m being fair. The pickup time for my order (after preordering 20 mins before) was 5:17pm.... And when did I leave with my order? 6:07 pm. When did I arrive? 5:39pm. How many people were waiting with me? 20? Not includingthe drive thru. But for goodness sakes, what is this? Read more

Couldn't have screwed this up any worse if you had tried. Management has absolutely failed at this location. Ordered 2 Steak... Quesadillas, one meat only taco, and one twisted twilight freeze. Lady calls out the order and walks away before handing outthe order. So of course somebody else took my order. She did not provide the drink. The quesadillas were grossly undercooked andthey couldn't even bother to cut them. This is blatant mismanagement of a restaurant. The manager needs to be demoted tocrewmember. This shows not just a lack of training, but a absolute lack of customer service skills. The restaurant dining areawas also filthy. Do not patronize this taco bell. It's trash. Read more
