I had to wait over an hour for my food at this location. What make it even worse no one would answer the phone as I called... multiple times( over 10 times). I had paid for my food online and it said my food would be ready at a certain time and it wasntand I gave them 10 extra minutes before I arrive to get my food.This subway WILL NEVER EVER get my money and service. They needto hire better and professional people because the crew tonight was the most worse experience I have ever endured. Its bad forbusiness and not a good look for the company either. Something should be done about this because I wasnt the only customer that has to wait for my food order. If I could leave no stars I would because they dont deserve not one star at all. Read more
would not take a $100.00 bill as payment for our $52.79 order. there was no sign indicating that these bills were not accepted,... and the staff member who checked us out told us, ?with the amount of fake bills we get, we can?t accept that bill.? theyviolated our rights, and we will not be eating there again. The city should just tear this subway down. Very dirty. Under staffed. & the only person who was working, is polite but WAYYYYY... TOO TALKATIVE. prefers talking to customers rather than just getting their order and making their sandwich. Literally takes35-45 minutes just to make 2 sandwiches and ring them up! Read more
Great to have a Subway at the hospital it makes for a great change in food when you are tires of hospital food. It is also nice... because they are open from 6:30 am to 1:30 am 7 days a week. This is a great idea and I wish more hospitals would do things likethis for the convince factor. Read more
Worst Subway ever! now we know why its always dead looking. The staff was friendly but, she talked soo much!!! it took her... 10mins to give us 2 sandwiches!! Machine was out of ice and was never given ice...drinked our nice warm drinks on a hot day.customers, expect to stand in line for 20mins for them to get to you! Read more
Maybe it was the lack of managment to supervise the 2 young girls working when I went in today. But the lady helping us was very... short with us, not at all a very friendly face to be working. The food was terribly made, they were out of a bunch of stuff (dueto a lack of prep work) the cookies were burned. And they forgot multiple things that we had to remind them of, such as the toyfor the kids meal, what came with a kids meal. Cups for our lunch specials. Mind you we were the only customers in there so it'snot like they were overwhelmed, I work customer service and theres no reason for such a lack of basic job skills. Read more
The buffalo footlong sub is the best item subway has ever came up with. Definitely worth getting if you haven't already tried... it. Very delicious, very filling and always fresh. I definitely have to have it at least once a week. Just about everylocation has fresh ingredients. I just wish they brought back the jalapeno bread. Hopefully one day they will. Read more
