Decided to go today since it?s unfortunately the only Sonic nearby me, just to have to wait 20 minutes to receive just crumb (no... meat) for my popcorn chicken and cold mozzarella sticks. Also forgetting the mozzarella sauce , I clicked the button to speak toan employee (Even telling them the situation kindly and asking if I could get some) for them to just turn the headset off on me.Ive been going for quite a bit and it seems the employees are just lacking motivation or proper training on how to maintain afast food restaurant. Something needs to change but for now, I can do just fine without Sonic. Read more
I should have included pictures but the food quickly found its way to the trash where it belongs. I've been to this location... several times (not sure why) wait times are always incredibly long, even when seemingly nobody is there. These guys areunderstaffed and store hours reflect that, the drive-in (arguably main staple of Sonic) closes at like, 8-9PM which is theearliest I've ever seen. As for the food itself, its horrible. I suspect because there is only 1-2 people working that theymake the bulk of food in advance and it shows. Fried food is soggy/cold. Even as I sit here the next day writing this I'm stillfeeling sick from it. Never coming to this location again, I'd rather spend the extra gas to drive to a better reviewedone. I don?t even write reviews? but I write this with hopes that it stacks with the rest of the one stars and Sonic as a corporation... takes action against this location. You pull up and they tell you it?s a 45 minute wait for ANYTHING. When did FAST food get soterrible? Not to mention EVERY time you go to this location it takes about that long. I worked fast food, and we were in troublefor delivering over SIX minutes. But 45 is the target here?? That?s a joke. If it?s a matter of staffing, close the store.You?re embarrassing yourselves for that minuscule amount of profit. Read more
Avoid this poor excuse of a fast food restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for two combos. Tried to ask for a refund to be told they... do not refund mobile app orders and I would just have to wait. Finally received the food to discover it was cold. Not Lukewarm, but actually cold as if it was sitting for 40 minutes. Sadly I did not learn my lesson from my first experience with thisbusiness, and this was a second attempt. This business definitely needs new management or to be shut down. Read more
Ordered food in the drive thru . Got handed the wrong order 2 times and then when i got my order the pickle fries were dumped in... the bottom of the bag and there were no pickles! Just the breading that was so hard and crunchy. So disappointing! Also got thebig dill pickle burger and the pickle fries on there are just the breading as well ! Honestly its horrible. . Read more
So my wife went to go grab us a meal today and for one the lady was rude as heck and I could hear them since I was on a phone... call with my wife and then repeatedly over and over again our order was all wrong and messed up. My wife wanted chicken tendersand instead got some super flat chicken breasts or something and I ordered a foot long hot dog and asked for chili cheese andonion but got no onion and my hot dog was cold as heck. The absolute worst burger I've ever had! Not only was the meat over cooked the bun was stale and the cheese not even melted. I... don't even feel comfortable feeding it to my dog. Read more
You would think with all of the negative reviews that they would finally do something about the terrible service. My husbands... large chili cheese tot was a joke. When he brought it up to the so called General Manager she (I think) didn?t care. Praying myfoot wasn?t spit in after my husband expressed his concern. We were told there should be 28 tots.
