Not sure if there is new management here or not but this was the best Popeyes experience I ever had! They have a brand new menu... that looked very nice compared to most restaurants around. The workers were very polite. My chicken sandwich was like an inchthick and super juicy. They added real cheese and baked the Mac and cheese??? I was so shook! The stop was less than 6 minuteswhen before I used to have to park and wait 20 mins for a chicken sandwich. Even the drinks tasted fresh like you can tell youclean the ice machines and spouts. The had one of the 2 doors locked on 6/25, I told them and they said because they are short on help. That makes a hell of a lot... of sense? You wonder if the owner knows how his employees are running his business into the ground? I then see the cashier thatjust told me they are short on help typing on her phone. Quality has gone hill. Had 4 cars in front of me at drive through and waited almost a half an hour. Ordered a 10 piece family... meal and Chicken was dry and cold. We ordered 50/50 spicy regular. Didn't get anything that resembled spicy. Was verydisappointed. Not worth $30.00 that was for sure. Never going back either. Safeway deli has better chicken and for a 1/3 of thecost. Read more

This business is a joke. This was actually my first time having Popeyes and I am highly disappointed. I got two regular fries.... They were both dumped in the bottom of the bag and we clearly did not get two portions of fries. They were cold and soaked ingrease. I don?t know why you?re calling them ?Cajun? when they taste like normal fries. I had a spicy crispy chicken sandwichand it was meat, sauce, and bread. No pickles. I asked for easy ice and got lots of ice still. Asked for ranch and got none.Rude staff, awful service. The 45 minute wait was not worth it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Ordered 24 chicken nuggets and a small mac and cheese and red beans and rice. I am not sure how much chicken we got because it... was mostly fried breading. The mac and cheese was not bad but I had a spoonful of it, the container was less than half full. Ihad not eaten there in a while. Don't plan on eating there anymore. Too many other chicken places.
