I had to give a star to do a review; otherwise it would be 0 stars. I ordered pizza through the app. My husband wanted a Detroit... pizza. They delivered it...WITH NO SAUCE. My husband called and very politely (I'm the a$$hole) let them know. The girl on thephone put him on hold and when she came back, she told him that they were out of the Detroit sauce. He asked her why theydelivered the pizza with no sauce instead of having the decency to call and ask if he still wanted it. She said, "I don't know.I'm sorry about that ". She offered to make another and asked if he would like marinara instead, and he told her that was fineand thanked her. 45 minutes later, his new "Detroit" pizza showed up and they literally put a dab of sauce per square. I willNOT be ordering from this restaurant ever again. This is childish and rude. I cannot believe that management allows suchbehavior to take place. So disappointing. Read more
Service is great !! Manager there is awesome. Our first pizza came not so good and the manager without one question sent one to... us in less than 20 min to make things right . Will keep on being a loyal customer !! No one is perfect but the customer serviceis . Read more
Order 2 pizzas noted, "UNCUT PLEASE." on both, boneless wings, and a 20oz Pepsi. Pizzas arrived CUT. On top of the pizzas... being cut, they gave us a WARM Pepsi. Who the hell wants to drink a warm soda with their pizza? I look at our LG pizzas and myHusband's like, "Where's the pepperoni?" There wasn't much in there. The pizzas didn't even turn out right. Everything seemedrushed and it didn't taste good. We didn't enjoy it and weren't happy. Called to tell them about the cut and the warm soda. They don't do refunds so we're just stuck with $50 sitting in their system. Not sure if we're gonna be back soon. But our creditis sitting there for when - if- we do. Read more
Had to reorder my pizza because they put jalapenos on more than half of it. I only ordered it on half so the kids could enjoy... it. It also had no sauce on it and was very dry so I asked them to make sure to put extra sauce on it. When the 2nd pizza cameit was even more dry than the 1st with a sausage dried out on the top. After delivering my order to the wrong house (on a typical street), I called to see if I could get the order for the next day... since it was getting late. They insisted on delivering it tonight and didn't offer any compensation after telling me it would bea 60-90min wait. Two hours later, I try calling back and the prompt system always ends with someone picking up and hanging up.In another half hour, I call as if to make a new order and ask for a manager after being hung up on multiple times again. Theassociate put me through to the same prompt system I've been listening to and someone picked up! I hear people in the backgroundand... they hang up. I understand that they may be short staffed - I remained calm and polite. Friday evening was an absolutelyunacceptable example of a way a business should handle stress. Not sure just how far I'll report this. Hopefully more peopleweren't treated this way. I NEVER received my order. If I could give 0 stars, I would! The gentleman working tonight at this location is perhaps the nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by in a... fast food restaurant. He helped me to my car with my pizza while my passed out toddler slept on my shoulder. Our food was freshand well made and delicious. I'll definitely be doing carryout here again Read more
We had been seeing the new Melts that they have been advertising and thought we would give them a try. They were delicious! They... are not as big as they seem in the pictures but it satisfied our hunger and was a reasonable price. Staff was courteous and thestore was clean. Read more
