So here is a bowl of what was supposed to be chicken noodle soup. I separated the noodles into the bowl on the right. The bowl... on the left is the ?soup? that was left. Terrible experience with my GrubHub delivery. I ordered extra meat, extra noodles and 2 extra sauces and got a normal size meal... with no extras. I ordered the sauces for some baguettes that I ordered and they weren't included in the order either. The foodwas also cold but the biggest frustration is that these people at noodles think they are slick not including extra items inpeople's order...jokes on them because I got a full refund. Came in kinda late. Service was excellent. The shift lead laylay(probably butchered the name) was very nice, and got us out food... exceptionally fast. All workers were happy to serve us. Will definitely be coming back! Good job guys, keep up the good work! Read more

Tonight my Pad Thai order from Noddles & Co in Fountain, Colorado had fingernail clippings in it. It was a take out order that I... picked up directly from the restaurant. Definitely overpriced and underwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the noodle bowls. Also, the meat to noodle ratio was... extremely off - I could count my small steak pieces on 4 fingers!! This location seems challenged with the overall cleanlinessof the dine-in facility....tables were visibly dirty and there was no sense of urgency in bussing tables promptly. Quick pickup order, soup was 3/4 of a bowl for $7! Mostly noodles and broth, think there were 3 scraps of chicken and a piece of... celery. At least it was hot. Also the website automatically adds a tip so WATCH OUT for that. For them to scoop soup into abowl, I have to go in and get it, they don't even bring it to you, and the company thinks this is something someone should tipfor? First and last time eating Noodles. I am not supplementing a corporation's poor pay with a tip for literally using a spoonto scoup and put said bowl into a bag. This isn't a "restaurant" it's a fast food place. I'm not tipping for bare minimumservice which is literallythe job (scoop into a bowl)! If it was scoop your own soup I would, and at least it would be a fullbowl! Read more
