I have never been treated in such a fashion by an unhappy, angry man! I was at the payment window. He asked how I was doing.... That was fine I answered him nicely back that I was doing fine. Then after paying said have a good day. I mumbled somethingback, but didn't think much of it. Then at the receiving window as I was getting what I order ed that same gentleman which is anunderstatement felt he had need to go out of his way to scream at me that I didn't greet him properly after he said "have a goodday"!I was so embarrassed with my daughter with me and frankly insulted by him accusing me of being inconsiderate and rude infront of his fellow employees! I always pride myself with treating my fellow man with respect. The other employee did not botherto apologize even though after he literally reamed me I still was polite to him. I thanked them for my food and everythingbefore that angry man yelled at me so they know that I am not rude and they still didn't apologize for his rude behavior! Iwould give this establishment zero stars if I could. Oh, and they got my order wrong, but I let it go even though I orderedfries. Read more
Me meal was decent; however, I don't appreciate having an employee hover over me as I eat. They kicked me out the second I was... there 30 minutes or more. This location seems to be really struggling. I understand the worker shortage and I am never rude to employees. But I think it... is fair to leave a review here. Order head took nearly 40 minutes to recieve. (Parked time to delivery) fries were hardly cookedand inedible. It was not a great experience and we were not the only ones having this issue. Read more
Ordered at 9:07 and then was "parked for fries" that I already received. Figured they mightve meant chicken and was fine with... waiting. 25 minutes went by and I went inside and asked to make sure they were fresh sandwiches not the ones sitting there forthe last 25 minutes. He ordered new sandwiches to be made and still waited another 10 minutes and then asked the manager Jasonif I could get my food and he took my receipt but I never received my food. Then I asked the cashier Toby for a refund and thattook an extra 10 minutes as well. Then he almost refunded me an extra 10 dollars. ???? the manager was disorganized and slowand his customer service ability and attention was terrible. I am here now at the drive thru ordering and the girl that's taking my order is having the biggest attitude. She is taking my... order without asking if I want anything else. Then on top of that I asked for the combo #1 she never asked me what size I wantit so, she assumed that I want it the large fries with the drink and ring me up for combo #1 large size. By the way 10 pieces ofchicken nuggets almost 12 dollars. you are too expensive. Anyways McDonalds employees their service is awful attitude all theway through my whole order. McDonald's needs to do better when it comes to their service. Now I am here waiting for my food atthe reserved drive thru and the manager just came out asking for my receipt telling they lost their receipt for my order. We places our order at 10:30 pm with 2 cars in front of us. I ordered a $3 bundle with the mcdouble no onions and fries. I am... attaching the photos where the place was empty after my order but it still took 50 minutes to get my order. Which of coursestill had onions that had made an attempt to swipe them off but apparently gave up half way thru the swiping. At 11:22 I stillhadn't received my burger and fries. And 10 minutes later when the food finally arrived the kid was so rude. Like I was the solereason that he despised his job so much. I will never return to this particular McDonald's ever again. And I definitely will notrecommend this location to ANYONE. NOT TO MENTION MY FOOD WAS LUKE WARM WHEN I GOT IT. Read more
The Mcdonald on South academy has bad food, every time I try it their thinking maybe they'll get better. But the buns are... always hard and stail and not fresh most of the time.and this is over 2, 3 year span not just one visit. . Read more
