Every time I go I ask for a meal but to replace the cookie for a biscuit. Every time they tell me no problem but Not once have a... received the biscuit. Today I asked if there was honey and butter in my bag and she straight up lied to me and there was withoutchecking. No biscuit, no honey or butter. Also didn?t get a receipt when I asked for one. Ordered online, but still had to go through the drive thru because they were under-staffed (only 3). I realize this is a... reflection of the current culture. People don?t want to work and rather get government handouts paid for by those who do work.Got my food 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The hamburgers were rancid! Absolutely not eatable Got there a little before 9:00 it was already locked up cleaned with chairs... up. The person at the window was sour and acted like it was an inconvenience to get our drive through order. Got our orderwrong. I give them no stars.Ordered biscuit and grave. There was only me and one other person in line at 8:30pm and the lady running the drive thru was so rude! Gave attitude to me... and the other person in line. I wasn?t entirely sure what I wanted and she sound irritated when I was explaining to her what Iwanted. She snatched my card out of my hand and basically threw it back at me! She looked like a manager with the stripped blackand white shirt on. Just don?t understand why she had to give me so much attitude becuase she had to do something? Read more
This is the greasiest, smallest and burnt chicken we've ever gotten from KFC. $30 for 8 gross pieces. But, hey, we got the hook... up on the sporks for our tiny portion of slaw. Very Eco-ignorant of them. Read more
Sometimes I stop at fast food restaurants expecting subpar food. This time was not the case! The drive through was super fast... and the staff was very courteous. My order was 100% correct and was missing no sauces. When I got home, the food was hot, freshand delicious! Very good value for the price. I definitely recommend this KFC location. I will be back. Chicken tastes like KFC should. The portion size was very disappointing. The kitchen was very disorganized and had a difficult... time getting orders out. On top of that, they forgot several items, we had to go back and ask for them. The dining area had notbeen attended to, most tables were littered with food remnants. Will likely make other choices for my friend chicken cravings. Read more
Absolutely do not recommend. This is the second time I have been to this location and the second time they messed up my order.... I ordered the 8 piece meal with 4 breasts and 4 drumsticks plus sides. I verified with the cashier each time to insure shetook my order correctly. Of course when I get home my order is wrong. They did charge me extra each time. That, they did getright. I recommend finding another location that can take a simple order without messing it up. Read more
