The 2min guarantee has really fallen. Why offer something you don?t honor. They now stop the timer when their in store system... gets the notification you are waiting. But then who knows how long you?ll sit. Sat at the corner of store and it was 4 min tothe employee exiting the store with two pizzas. No 4 mins isn?t a bad weight I?ve spent longer in some other places drivethrough nearby. I just detest businesses offering things they don?t intend to honor, just be honest. Read more
I have been ordering from this Domino's since 2015 and they have always been great to me! I honestly don't remember a time when... an order has been incorrect, if it was, it wasn't a big deal. This is my go-to store if I want to order pizza in Fountain. Read more
It?s Dominos so if you frequent the chain you know what it?s about. This location however was super awesome as it is open later... for the area and it?s close to hotels in you?re traveling and want a late night snack at the hotel. This location has a drivethru option, which is so nice! I ordered ahead by an hour and it was still hot when I picked it up at the drive thru window. Read more
10/1/22: WOKE UP AT 5AM WITH FOOD POISING!! FROM UNDERCOOKED PIZZAS. Husband went to store to pick up our cash refund. The... today's manager could care less, told my husband to come back later! Nope, had to raise voice and demand the refund promised bylast night's manager. CONTACTING CORPORATE! Update a month later 9/30/22: FIVE STAR TO ZERO STARS!!! Forget his jalapeños once,he's forgiving, didn't even call about it months ago. Second time they forget, Now we have to wait over an over because themanager Jonathan, said my pizza is just not as important as new orders...They are the ones who screwed up ALL 3 Pizzas UNDERCOOKED, doughy tasting. Well I don't normally write reviews, But here we go. I decided to order for pickup at the domino's at 6890 Mesa ridge pkwy,... Fountain CO 80817. I sat down to watch the pizza Artist make the food. He was the manager and made my food by the book. But whatI witnessed next was appalling. The Other Pizza Artist that was on the line, She walked over and started making smiley faces inthe corn meal without even washing her hands, Like she was in la la land. She then proceeded to take someone's order, Touchingthe money, then touching the keyboard. She then walks back to the pizza line and Sticks her hands into the thin crust pizzabag...Pulling the crust out, Places it on the line and proceeds to stuff her hands into the cheese bin. I honestly have no wordsand will not be eating from this domino's again. I managed 2 separate Dominos facility's when I was younger, And can tell youthis is not how it is supposed to operate. Every time you walk back to the pizza line...You wash your hands it doesn't matter.No ands if what's or buts guys. Especially when there is a pandemic and people are getting deathly ill from it. Well here is oneof your reasons folks right here. Complete negligence and disregard (6890 Mesa Ridge Pkwy. Fountain Colorado, 80817. I calledthe manager and was told "I have been doing this for 10 years". So apparently making a pizza is rocket science. Walked in ordered one large double cheese walked out with an almost burnt double... sauce single cheese pizza that they didn't even cut all the way so it tore off towards the center. Not going to come back herefor a while if at all. Read more
Ordered the two for $5.99 two topping pizzas. When order arrived one pizza was correct with pepperoni and sausage the other was... not it was just cheese it was supposed to be pepperoni and peppers. I called Dominos and asked them to correct the one pizza.The young lady was very polite and said a new pizza was on the way. However, Stan delivered the replacement pizza an hour laterit was cold and when I opened the box it looked like he threw it in his car and shook the box before knocking on our door. Read more
Order a medium ham and pineapple pan pizza, pizza was doughy didn't have barley any sauce. But hey my lava cakes are on point... lol . Had them replace the pizza still with doughy. Won't be ordering from them again Read more
