Special thanks to Joanna who helped us with our dead car battery late tonight! We stopped here for a very late dinner on our... way home, and just ate in the car (sick kid inside and wanted to keep them warm). We thought it would be a quick trip but thenour car battery wouldn't start. My husband went inside the store and asked for a battery jump and 2 nice employees came out tohelp us. One lady had a black ponytail and was a delivery driver I think, but her remote charging kit did not work. And then Iimagine she had to get going with deliveries so Joanna helped us. It took a long time but she stayed and helped us almost a halfhour. Our car has a lot of bells and whistles so the battery kept being drained even in accessory and Joanna just keep helpingus out. And then while Joanna was helping us , another young man came out to see if we needed any drinks or anything. So kind! And all of this was after 9pm! So many thanks! Before we left I made sure I thanked the manager. I wish I knew all 3 namesof all 3 employees who helped us. But for sure, special thanks - soooooo many thanks - to Joanna for helping us so we could gethome quickly and get our sick kiddo safe and warm and comfortable ! God bless you! Read more
This location has consistently been shoring us on food and drinks. Same story as many others all the workers were too busy... conversing to pay attention to the order quality. This time they shorted us a large fry and a drink. Normally no big deal, butthis time they requested all our food back to check our integrity...for a large fry and a kids drink. Read more
Monica is an absolute delight. The employees here have all been so kind and professional, but she stands out for sure. She goes... above and beyond and is very patient and as courteous as can be. I came to place an order, and was all over the place, as Ihadn?t had time to think about what I wanted. I was super overwhelmed and stressed out with life, and she was just so friendlyand kind, it was very calming. I really needed a positive encounter, and that was definitely it. The burgers are great! Beer selection is top notch, try the local IPAs can?t go wrong. Outdoor seating is perfect for... docking up some late afternoon sun and people watching. Wait staff is very friendly and helpful. A must go to for lunch ordinner! Read more
Stopped by on a Saturday around 11 AM and got the SEASONAL Smokehouse ???? BBQ Bacon ???? Sandwich with a SunJoy (Tea/Lemonade)... and it was refreshing. I travel for sales appointments and this is such a great location. The service was AWESOME, the facilitywas immaculate, and the food is AMAZING. Read more
Now usually we don't have any problems with this location but the last few times we've had a consistent issue. We order large... drinks and they give us smalls. And on this time we even ordered a Medium and it was still small. Not to mention they eithergive the wrong drinks or watered down drinks. And always forgetting sauces. And on the times we've tried to get it fixed someof the cashiers get irritated with us. We understand that it's busy but it's not difficult to fix an order when we aren't givingany attitude. I mainly come here just to pick something up for my woman She's a die hard Chick-fil-A person but I always get top notch... customer service when I come here. The line can be out to the street but I still get greeted with a smile and courtesyregardless if it's nice, raining or 100 degrees outside. Read more
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A in the CO Springs area! They?re so kind, delivery is almost always super fast. I could count on... one hand issues I?ve had with orders for the past 4 years I?ve lived here. & they?ve fixed them all. Great staff! & cleanestablishment. Read more
