I can't believe this is now considered ok for a five piece chicken tender for $11.50.
Breakfast is always great. Today I ordered 2 burgers for lunch. Both were the wrong order, and one was cold. I had to wait 15... minutes in the drive up, and I'm pretty sure I won't go back. While I was waiting, the guy who took my order took a smoke breakin front of the store. The receipt was correct, so I don't know what happened, I'm pretty disappointed. Read more
I ordered online for delivery and never received my order. I was just clicking through their websites menu to see what they had... available when I noticed that they had an option for delivery, I figured they were trying something new for their business, andI wanted to try it out. Turns out they don't deliver, Doordash delivers. If I had known that the order was going to be handledby Doordash, or any other one of the delivery apps, I wouldn't have made it. Ten minutes after I placed my order I get a callfrom the DoorDash driver (surprise!) asking me to cancel the order because they haven't received it at location. I call thelocation and they say that they have the order and that it's ready for pick up for the driver. I figure that's that and my orderwill be at my home in a little bit, instead my order was canceled by the driver. I then spent half an hour on the phone,between the restaurant, and two service reps from Doordash only to be told that they can't get another driver and that I canjust pick up the order. I don't own a car, which makes it a two hour trip for me there and back. Not really a solution. Read more

Never going back. My husband ordered the new chicken sandwich with bacon and the bacon was missing. I ordered the hand breaded... chicken sandwich and the patty was so small that it was basically a empty bun. The sandwhichs were a mess when we opened thebox. We literally had to remake the sandwichs when we got home. UNACCEPTABLE. Read more
Last night we went through the drive through and had an amazing experience with Todd! He was very polite, enthusiastic and... friendly. He took the time to read back our order to us to make sure everything was correct before paying for our food which itwas we paid and then he had our food out in less than a minute. He saw we had a car load of kiddos and threw in a few cookies.The type of employee Todd is, is exactly what you want for all your restaurants!
