Worst BK I've ever been too. They don't mix the cream and sugar into your coffee so I hope you like black coffee or can wait to... drink it when you get where you're going because you can't make it while driving. The breakfast croissant sandwich tasted likedust and paper, and it was cold. The bag was so soaked through and dripping with grease it stained my seat upholstery and ruinedmy handicap placard. There's a McDonald's a block down the road, just go there instead. Read more
Slowest Burger King I have ever been too. Cannot believe we have been waiting 30 minutes when there were only two cars in front... of us. And then of course they get our order wrong!! Two sandwiches were incorrect and the sweet tea was nasty. What in theworld. Now waiting another ten minutes for what we ordered. Oh and they got it wrong again!!! Iced coffee was also gross. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a drive thru. There was 3 cars ahead of me and I was in line for 52 minutes... total. I ordered a meal, and I had to ask them if they wanted to know what I wanted to drink. Get to the window to pay and couldtell the two employees were fighting. I asked for ketchup and napkins before he handed me my bag still didn't get. Got no strawfor the drink that I literally had to ask if they wanted to know what kind to give me. Worst Burger King in the area. This place is notorious for their issues. Here's my "Egg-normous burrito" I ordered from this... morning. Notice the lack of eggs and most of everything else. I ordered 2 meals and one extra drink didn't get any drinks. My chicken sandwich had pickles and I didn't add pickles because I... am allergic to them. I have called about 10X and the phone goes straight to voicemail. I am not happy right now Read more
Waited in drive thru for 5+ minutes before I got an acknowledge that I was there and they?d be with me. The restaurant wasn?t... busy. The screen was broken, with one the screens black. Stuff happens. I knew what I wanted anyway. The Burger King has notesabout sauce not being free, cool, I get that. Gotta pay for sauce. It was printed off and posted on the window. I get the familybundle, get to the register, add two BBQ sauce before I pay. Just to make sure that my sauce is included. They give me my drink,tell me to pull ahead. Turns out, they forgot to give me my card back, or I forgot to ask for it back? Whatever, not the end ofthe world. They get it back to me several minutes after the transaction. Get my family bundle bags. Drive home, in a bit ofhurry. Get home, no BBQ sauce in the bag. It?s just sauce, but annoying since I went out of my way to have it added per theirnotes. Then, half of my order is incorrect, was supposed to be just mayo and ketchup on the burgers, all the small burgers havepickles and mustard. Poor experience. Read more
I take my grandmother here every morning, it's her favorite place to come for breakfast,the employees all know her and what she... orders. And they take tye time to make sure she doesn't fell rushed, as my grandmother has dementia she has a hard time, but onething she still continues to practice and has not forgotten... She always goes to the people and businesses that have alwaystreated her and went out of there way even if they didn't have too.
