We ordered a lunch special for take out. Very small portion. And did not taste good. The “fried rice” has no flavor. The... vegetales are sad. And the chicken I could’ve done better at home. The food here was delicious, I ordered the sashimi deluxe with my family and it was a fair price for the fresh produce! Sushi... chef Lee was not only quick in making our meal but also made a beautiful presentation for us in his plating. Not only that, thecustomer service was friendly, attentive, quick, and was able to pay attention to all of its customers. The place was clean,sanitary, and a calming atmosphere for a nice night out. I'm at a loss for words, all I really have to say is wow. The sushi was PHENOMENAL, its definitely the best I've had in the... Springs. I'm not entirely sure who writes these negative reviews, but then again I'm not one to bum rush a new location at peakhours.. We had kalbi and shrimp tempura. The food was good. But the service was not good. It wasn't until 14 mins we were able to... order. Then it took 37 mins to get the food. It would seem that the staff is nice but they don't have assigned areas. Strangestthing is we had another waiter asked if we had already ordered l. When we asked for the bill. 5 mins later another asked if weready for the bill. The layout needs to be adjusted. Hostess needs to be up front, greeting and directing customers. Fountain has a new restaurant! Finally after waiting until 2020 and checking every month when we will get a fancy sushi... restaurant. Arashi didn’t disappoint in great food and presentation. Made reservations not knowing it was the grand opening . 1. This is not your typical hibachi they don’t cook in front of you.... 2. We were told it would take 45 mins if we ordered hibachi what really happened is it takes that long for them to serve it.Got ice cold food. Asked for a Togo box so we could heat it up at home . 3. Sushi was warm but it was good ! 4. The price ofthe food for the amount you get (hibachi) isn’t worth it. We waited 15 mins just to get water and wait for a beer. Asked fornapkins never got them no big deal . Servers walked past like you were invisible not asking if you were ok or needed something. I don’t think they thought this through and got very overwhelmed. Ppl were seated and just walked out due to no service (saying hello asking for drink orders ). Will give them a month or two to get the new worn off ! Have high hopes they will besuccessful. Won’t get hibachi ever again but may end up being our sushi spot for a quick snack /lunch . I know the strugglethey went through to open from a death to Covid to just getting built and inspected ! So not writing them off ! Prayers theyare successful ! Read more
