Waited 2 hours for two pizzas and a cheesy bread I waited in the lobby along with about 6 other people. Everybody was getting... aggravated and a couple people ask for their money back we got told that when we ordered the times were incorrect of what wewere told and that they were not sure when our pizzas would be done. Ordered a pizza from marcos at 510pm. Delivery was supposed to be 610pm, well didn't show up till 645. Open the pizzas its cold,... missing sides, and no 2-liter. Call marcos at 647pm.I complain, they give me excuses, told em I dont wanna hear them, that Iwant a hot pizza. They respond gonna be 30 min, I said ill pick it up this time. Get here at 730pm, they say its gonna beanother 15 min. Which means they didn't even start my order. By this time I'm ready to flip s**t. End rant. I'll give em 1 starcuz I think they have the best sausage. Read more

My husband and I used to be loyal customers. Once or twice a week. Last few months it has go down hill. We always got the... pepperoni melt. Any who had ordered this knows it extra extra cheese and extra pepperoni . Several times it was just like anormal pepperoni pizza.. Not thrilled about paying more for pepperoni pizza! Also, few times it was either burnt or underdone.Didnt they notice this! They NEVER get our salad right anymore and one time we ordered a chicken caesar salad And the chickenwas completely frozen!!!. Stay far away from this Marco's location. 1st visit had ordered pizza with x cheese and cinnamon square. The pizza was burnt and... no extra cheese. The cinnamon had no icing that is supposed to come with it. I firmly believe in giving a company a secondchance. Well, 2nd chance and this time ordered several thin crust pizzas but got thick crust. When taken back in my husband wastold they will not take the pizza back, credit my account nor remake the pizza. Not willing to correct their mistake. Terriblecustomer service!!! People need to seek pizza elsewhere. This location is deplorable. Anybody considering this location, saveyourself some money and a headache and avoid it. My wife and I hadn?t eaten all day and we were hungry. Ordered a 16? specialty pizza and 10 piece wings last night. The order... was delivered in a good amount of time. It was hot and tasted great, but about 2:00 am we both woke up with terrible heart burn,gas cramps and sick at our stomach. Don?t know if it was the pizza or the wings, but it was the only thing we had to eat all dayso it had to be one of them. Ended up throwing the left overs away. Something we really hated to do.
