Waited in line for 10 minutes to order food. The line wasn?t moving so I used the kiosk to order. It then took 15 minutes to get... my food. I lost my appetite by the time I got my food. First off, It's a Taco Bell, so this review is based on a scale of Taco Bell restaurants, not to compare it to other Mexican... restaurants. Clean and recently remodeled with an efficient drive-thu. Surprisingly San Mateo has 3 Taco Bells and none of themare drive-thru. Read more

This taco bell is so inconsistent. Sometimes the food is great and on point. But half the time either something is missing or... just completely wrong. Like today i order 3 things one crunchy taco one soft and and one burrito. Instead i got one crunchy tacoand two burritos both different from what I ordered. Read more
May 7, 2022, around 12pm, went to their drive thru and was asked to wait at the parking lot for my order. Service crew came... without the water I had asked when I placed my order. She told me to get inside the store and get it while she walked away. The purpose of the drive thru is for customers not to get off their cars. Customer service on this Taco Bell store is verypoor. This is one of the greatest Taco Bell locations in the south bay area. Super friendly staff. Always gets it right. Very friendly... cashier. I didn't find this level of courtesy anywhere else in a fast food place. Great job guys. Read more
Ordering on the kiosk inside the store is the slowest service. Drive through has priority as well as those that order from the... counter. I never get my soda cup without having to ask for it. Same happened with the person who got his order before me. About the most positive is the food is generally prepared well and the location is convenient. Read more
