Went by to grab a sandwich for lunch and was surprised to hear they only had a couple breads to choose from. The entire store... was dirty looking (likely the worst food store in Fortville), and in a state of disrepair. Maybe it?s time for a remodel and newmanagement? Read more

Clean store, Friendly staff, prices are lower than subways around town, so i choose to eat here anytime i crave subway. had a... delicious BLT 6inch Sandwich, The Youngman did an amazing job putting the sandwich together!! Will recommend! Read more

Closed more than they are open. Most other Subways in the area are open consistent times with others in the area. They close 2... to 3 hours earlier than others in a 10 mile radius. Drive thru is open longer than lobby and it is exponentially more difficultto order through the drive thru at Subway due to the numerous combinations one could order on each sandwich. Showed up. Saw anemployee standing in the drive thru window who looked up when we pulled up and watched us get out of our car and walk to theentrance to find it locked at least 5 minutes before it was supposed to be. He didn't say anything. Could have helped us out andlet us know we were wasting our time walking up. So, we left and went to the one in Pendleton which is still open. Read more

Nice staff & was particular to ensure the safety fridge covers are shut when not serving. Showing care for food protection. They... are also open while all other restaurants in Fortville are closed until 4pm. Read more

I don't understand how any restaurant can allow employees to not either wear a hairnet or keep their hair pulled up. Today the... young man's hair was all over the place and the pop machine needed changed. Was very clear coke and had to repeat the orderover and over . The sandwhich must have been literally thrown together. Very sad for the times! Read more

Decided to order Subway on their mobile app due to a promo code I had. Get to the location at the specified time and it said my... order was complete. When I go in they claim to not have my sandwich and proceed to show me they have not received any onlineorders. Yes, I know, this is not necessarily their fault. But, the women at the register offered me no help on how I could goabout my purchase being refunded. Told me she knew nothing and there was nothing she could do. I proceeded to stay for a fewminutes to see if maybe it went through, it never did. Had to end up calling another Subway to receive any help. Was completelywaved off by all staff, and nothing was done to attempt to help with the problem. Read more

For the past 3 months, the service has been bad. I understand they're short-staffed. I understand they're hurting. I can even... look past the bad attitudes. My sandwiches has had barely half the meat that it should come with. If I'm going to pay full pricefor a sandwich, please at least give me what should come on it. Read more

Went through the drive-thru on 4/2/22 at about 11:30a (I was the only car). I get up to the window and tell them I want to order... 4 sandwiches. The very rude young man tells I can?t order in the drive-thru because that?s too many sandwiches. I tell him thatI?ve never had a problem ordering 4 sandwiches via the drive thru ever before. He tells me, Nope! Can?t do it. What?s the pointof having a drive thru if you can?t order through it? They were all going to be the exact same sandwiches. Lazy and rude! Read more
