I?ve been going to Shotz for about four years now and always have great coffee and contact with the employees. Unfortunately... today on Saturday, September 10, 2022 I had a very poor experience with an employee. It wasn?t anything drastic, it was just thecommon courtesy type thing i.e. Hi, how are you today? Additionally, when my transaction was done, there was no verbal contactlike, thank you or have a nice day. I don?t wish to make a mountain out of a mole hill but someone should remind Cass thatcustomer service is the key to repeat business and building a successful business.
