Great burger. Enjoyed the restaurant. It was nice seeing James Koan lll perform an evening of music.
This was our first time here. We skipped the appetizers and went straight for the entrées. I had the Scallops and Succotash and... my husband had the Mediterranean Pasta with Chicken. My scallops were great, cooked perfectly- but the succotash was reallysweet, not like sweet potato or roasted carrots sweet, more like syrup sweet. I couldn't eat it. I had the scallops and a fewrandom butter beans from the succotash mixture. Hubby's pasta had a great flavor - but the chicken was bland. I only tried abite of his food, but he said he thought it may have either been prepared refrigerated chicken strips or possibly reheatedfrozen chicken. For dessert, we split the cookies and cream pie. It was a big slice, almost a quarter of a pie. But it too was aprepared/frozen pie and not something made on site. We had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated because there was no hostessat the door, but other than that the service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful, quick, and seemed to work togetherto help each other take care of customers. The pictures of the food I found online looked delicious, so I was eager to try thisplace. Excellent small town restaurant. Staff were very friendly and prompt in their service. Menu includes many options to include a... large drink selection. I ordered the steak, and noticed that along with it tasting great, it was also one of the more affordablesteak dinners around the local area. I highly recommend the steak. While I didn't eat in the bar area, I noted that the bararea looked like a great place to get a drink, meal, and enjoy a game. Read more
I'm between a 3.9 & 4.1 rating. I liked the inside and staff was very attentive cuz we were the only ones there.....went for... lunch. Prices are decent. Hubby got the River Burger. Cooked to perfection, Bun lacked a little, kinda crumbled from being dry(stale) think a grilled on the flat top would make a huge difference! I ordered Tacos, well Taco. Thought an order would be atleast two? Overkill on the Salsa Verde, drowned it and I couldn't taste anything else. I'll mention that if I order it again.Flavor factor on Brisket was great (I ate only the meat after that) can imagine it's fun on a Band night, we will be back! Read more

Nice locally owned restaurant with friendly staff and a casual atmosphere. It was unusually busy for a Thursday night as every... table was full. So service was slower and food took longer to come out. My hubby got the Nashville Hot burger. He likes spicyfood and gave it a medium level. I got the shrimp and grits. Big shrimp but sauce it was cooked in was greasy probably fromthe chirizo sausages. Grits was gritty like not fully cooked. Our friends split a pork chop plate and they were pleased with it. They have really good pizza here which I tasted that our friends ordered. My wife and I ordered the grouper sandwich which came... on a bun with lettuce, onion and tomato with side of fries for 15 dollars. The food was presented attractive. The fish appearedto be fried with a potato chip like batter and was very greasy as well as the fries had the taste of how old grease tastes.Might have tasted better if fried in fresh grease. Would not ever order the grouper sandwich if we ever go back. The staff wasfriendly. The restrooms were clean. Read more
The restaurant-bar was busy but we were seated quickly. Service was quick and attentive. My wife ordered the chef's special. A... ribeye with sauteed green beans and mashed potatoes. (I tried them-yum!) I ordered the Mediterranean pasta with chicken. It waswonderful! Well presented too. The iced tea was perfect. Dessert was cheese cake with caramel. (Two spoons.)
