Went to the ft wright KY location tonight for dinner Spent a total of 65 dollars and they were out of a lot of food and they... said sorry we are out. In my opinion this is uncalled for you are open till 10 you should have enough to last you till you closeand if you run out you should make more. Also sign on door says we can only accept cash if exact change. And when we go to paywith a card we were told sorry are system is having problems and we can only take cash. Also the air in the restaurant was notfunctioning properly. So in my opinion this is a poor management you should have closed the store at the point you realized youwere having issues instead of telling people sorry are system is been acting up all day and with this beening said I will neverbe back at this location again I would rather drive a extra 20 mins to a location I know that will not be rude about how thehandle and talk to people and who I know is well prepared because a well prepared store is the one that will last not a storethat runs out of everything and doesn't tell people sorry but there is nothing we can do about it and would rather throw foodaway then make a customer happy our shut down when the knew they are having issues. Went in on Friday evening and was told that they were out of cheese and corn. Disappointing but okay. As I am in the process of... getting my bowl made, I see the an employee put a handful of cheese into an online order bowl. I asked the person helping me outif she could put some cheese in my bowl too since I do see that it?s not ?out of stock?. To which she responded that cheese andcorn are only available for online orders because ?they have prepaid?. Like I wasn?t planning to run away with my food withoutpaying??!! She could have told me to just place my order online! Anyway so I get my cheese and corn-less bowl and this has tobe the WORST tasting chipotle I?ve ever had! The rice didn?t have lime or cilantro. The pico de gallo/ mild salsa was justchopped up tomatoes sans seasoning. The guac was packing salt. It tasted like rice beans and nothing. I attempted to eat at this chipotle. Unfortunately, I did not succeed. I opened the doors of this chipotle at 9:15 on Wednesday... night, 45 minutes before the allotted closing time. I was shocked to see that they had already began packing up the foodoptions. 4 elements of my bowl were not available. In the current economic state of the world, it is too much expense for me, an18 year old, to drive about town just to chipotle and not get any food. I made a mistake on a fateful Wednesday night. Safe tosay that I will never be attending this chipotle again. Also the staff seemed to have zero urgency to get people in and out ofthe doors. In the time I waited for my friend to finish his meal, I saw 5 people served (maybe about 10 minutes) while the linewas getting to about the door. I love Chipotle. One of my favorite places to eat except this location the employees aren't very nice. Agirl with bright pink hair is pretty ruse... each time we go. She seems to get frustrated I'd you ask for something different than what's right in front of her. A customerahead of us asked for rice without cilantro and you can instantly see the aggravation it caused her. My severe anxiety goesbonkers and I feel like a fool stumbling on simple words but when you know someone doesn't want to help customers I panic. Iknow it's silly. Read more

Where did it go? Seriously. Where did my food go? I open my burrito bowl and it looks like it?s half gone. There?s only... rice in half the bowl, I would have gotten more cheese if I fired it from a shotgun half a mile away and the only thing there isa normal amount of is fajita veggies which I explicitly asked to be light.
