Quick service. Staff was friendly. Food left a lot to be desired. My bun was almost rock hard, my beef, and my cheddar cheese... were not even warm. Only positive in the food regard was my cheese sticks. Read more
The most incompetent staff at a restaurant. Feel like spending 10-15 minutes in a drive through? If so Arby's in Ft Wright is... the place for you. The only place where a 15 minute drive through time means you still get cold fry's, and botched sandwiches. Read more
Visited here for first time in mid afternoon of 8/19. Went into dining room to order/eat. No one was even REMOTELY friendly. No... Arby's sauce to be found, so had to ask for some packs, which they had to dig out of a box. Booth seating desperately needsreplaced, as all the cushion was gone, and felt like I was sitting on wood planks. Also, you sit really low, so I felt likethree year old at the grown-ups table! Since sliders are the only remotely reasonably priced sandwich (tho mini) on menu, I gavethat a go, and it *was* good. Wish the 'experience' was AS good. Read more

"We have the meats" is a weird slogan for this place. Maybe they do have the meats, but the employees are taking it all home in... their pockets or just saving the meats for the sandwiches you see in the commercials. I ordered a DOUBLE beef & cheddar + swiss.I received less than a single, and there was no cheddar to be found. I also specifically requested a packet of sauce and theycouldn't be bothered to put that in the bag so I just threw that dry garbage sandwich away. I'm pretty sure the curly fries Ireceived were from last week so those went into the trash as well. I considered driving there to return the order, but decidedthat whoever works there is clearly mad at me for something and I didn't want to potentially get stabbed. Awful! Took way too long for only 1 other person in line. Maybe because 2 guys smoking cigarettes both wearing headsets were... outside instead of helping customers. I don't know how it takes that long to put little to no meat and cheese on 2 beef n'cheddars. At least the lady who gave me my meal in the drive thru asked if I needed any sauce but couldn't give me napkins orthe receipt. Overall all I wish I could be terrible at my job and still get paid. Tried the new Roast beef Ranch and Swiss 2 for $7. They are not worth it !!! I requested no Lettuce , still had lettuce on them... , tasted like that sat around all day, also ordered a Turney slider and it was I've cold The workers were very nice.
