Giving this one start was overrated. Frankly, the pizza was not only not very good, but was really one of the worst pizza's... that I have had from a pizza place. There was little flavor, the crust looked like it was made days ago. Pizza, crust and allwas very dry and not very cheesy. Worse than that, it was room temperature which means it was made too far in advance of theUber eats driver arriving. You want good pizza in Ft. Worth, go to Mellow Mushroom. Read more
Great pizza! Worst customer service and wait time. My online order was supposed to be ready by 6:27pm. I walked in to pickup and... there was a long line of people waiting, the young lady at the front was taking her sweet time laughing away with the people atthe front of the line. It took forever for anyone to acknowledge me. By the time anyone got to me I was told my order had beengiven to someone else. I had to wait for my order to be made again.. I didn't get my order until 6:50pm I was the very lastperson out of a long line of people that went in to pick up orders. It was definitely not worth the wait. Read more

I used to get Zalat in Dallas all the time so I was very excited to order from here. I ordered online through DoorDash and when... my pizza was delivered, 1/2 the toppings were gone because they stacked the sirancha on top of the pizza. Who the heck doesthat? I tried to call to reach management and of course no one answers the phone. All I wanted to do was treat my hardworkingteam to my favorite pizza and and spend $50 to receive this? Do better. called to place a pickup order and they said they didn't take phone orders, only online. so I tried to place online but no cash... options. so I drove an hour round trip and figured I could just place a cash order at the store. I was wrong, they don't acceptcash. so I break down and order with a card. I get the order home and it's burned,no sauce and doesn't have the toppings I askedand was charged for. I even tipped 20%, even though I shouldn't have because it's not delivery or dine in with waitservice. tl;dr stay away, bad service and costs more than it's worth. Read more
I was here for an UberEATS order and it took way to long. When I got there the associate was finishing a pizza and it wasn't... until that pizza was finished that my second delivery started being made. Plus there was only one associate. This place needs tobe staffed correctly. What are you guys going to do next ask your one associate to pick up all of fort worth's trash bythemselves and expect it to be done by next week or something. Read more
I kinda expect pineapple to be on a pizza called pineapple express. On the 18 inch pizza I got a radius of 4 inches of bacon, a... couple pineapples, and a dusting of jalapenos. Had I picked this up I would have refused it, but no, I got the shaft becausethis was an Uber Eats order. For $25 I got a personal size bacon pizza with cheese bread surrounding it. Read more
Driving all the way across the country? And didn?t get to check into my room until after 2 AM! I am mostly vegan so there... weren?t many options for me to eat at that time and I was starving lol!
