This has to be one of the worst operated wing stops. There is no sense of urgency the orders are wrong, food is cold, raw fries.... Soda machine broken. Who would come back to this location. Waited 50 mins for an order. If I hadn?t paid already I would ofleft. It would be quicker to go to a farm and get a live chicken a cook it. Read more
Horrible service. They always have a full staff but it seems like they're not doing anything. They are very slow and never make... the order when you call it in or order online. I've had to wait an extra 30 mins after my order was supposed to be readymultiple times. You'll do better off ordering when you get to the restaurant. Read more
0 stars if possible. Order online and wait endlessly. Over 40 min just to pick up an order after driving to the store. They seem... annoyed by the presence of people waiting for their orders while they themselves take more than forever. The place looks like ahospice waiting area once you're inside. Be prepared to waste over an hour if you order from here. Read more
Attempted to place an order by phone and no one answered after about 6 attempts decided to order in store. Stood there for 20... mins no one was in line in front of me and was not acknowledged by anyone (they saw me standing there right in front of theregister). The employee who appeared to be a manager decided to focus on her computer instead of acknowledging my presence oreven a simple we will be with you soon would have been nice but she was too busy complaining about an employee calling out dueto child care issues out loud to other co workers. She also complained about the shattered glass door due to customers beingupset for waiting over an hour the day before. Rude af cashiers, they literally eat food behind the counter without shoes/ slip them on and off. Gross. Food takes forever and... is almost always wrong. Read more
Worst place ever! Definitely deserves no stars! To begin with what gives you the right to decide that orders coming in that are... paid will be completed & the one's that haven't will not be done, when not only wait time is more than an hour but after morethan an hour of waiting you find out it won't be made & secondly don't get a job if you don't know anything about customerservice. Also how do you decide in closing early when clearly it states a time online, but this is only because you as anemployee decided this. Read more
First off we ordered through UberEATS. When they finally arrived nothing was correct. Totally wrong order. We paid for about $40... worth of food and got only maybe $15 worth. Not to mention I had to drive all the way to Wingstop to get my order. Only to findout my order was sitting on the counter. And the girl at the counter tried to give me that order. No ma'am, I would like a freshorder please. Thank you. And nothing was given for the inconvenience. This was unacceptable Wingstop. Poor customer service aswell. Read more
Avoid like the plague. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries. It took them 45 minutes to get out. Waited in line a good 10-15... minutes just to order. When I got home, the sandwich was one of the most disgusting things I?ve ever attempted eating. Iactually think the sauce went bad. I had to stop myself from throwing up and had to toss the whole order in the trash. There?s$16 and an hour of my life I?ll never get back. Read more
