This location consistently gets your order wrong & does half the job. Always ask for extra seasoning when you get your food... because they always give you naked wings. They failed to put half my order in the bag. This location hasn?t been here longenough to have this bad of service. Just go to the forest hill location, atleast they actually try. Read more
Terrible service. Our order never got delivered and when I called with my concern the phone was answered but no one said... anything, I called 10 times (no exaggeration) when the ?manager? finally answered he argued with me instead of fixing theproblem and then hung up on me when I asked for a refund. My husband had to drive to the location to ensure our refund would beapplied. Very unprofessional. We will never order from this establishment again. If I could rate negative stars I would. Read more
Maps says that this location is open for dine-in take-out and delivery. Soon as I walk in to this location all chairs were over... the tables for no Dine in Services. This was a big inconvenience for me especially since I was in the middle of lunch andhappened to Google this location and it said available for dining in. Stop playing games the pandemic is over open yourrestaurants and offer dine-in services. Companies have already made their money above and beyond any pre pandemic year! "It'stime to open up!!!!" I ordered bone out wings with two flavors:Lemon peppered and hot wings. I ate the hot wings first and they were pretty good. I... tasted the lemon peppered wings and they were not cooked well done as requested. I also realized the lemon peppered seasoning onthe wings were a little more over powering than what I'm accustomed to eating so, I took them back and told the cashier. Thecashier boss was up there, he didn't speak. I asked for new wings, and also a new flavor. She offered to make the wings over,but stated they would not give a new flavor. Staff is always rude. No point in ordering online for pick up, they don?t make the food till you arrive. Do better Wingstop.
