I work at a hospital nearby and ordered a late night meal for the rest of the team to eat on our only break. We had an entire... meal ready for us, only to be disappointed by a completely wrong order. None of the team members had anything of their order toeat. None. The manager refused to give a refund for a completely wrong order even after contacting Wingstop support. Expectedfor us to save the Wingstop meal until the following morning and to bring it to the store immediately at 11 AM (when the storeopens) for the refund and was quite rude about it? I have my honest feedback that this is unrealistic for any customer to do,especially one who just worked a 12+ hour night shift. They are expecting me to get off of work at 7 AM and go to the store at11 AM with an untouched meal to prove that it was incorrect.. just give us the refund for you and your team?s mistake. Read more
Last time I will ever go here? I made an online order, and stood alone in line 20 mins with out some one so much as saying I... will be right with you. By far one of the worst restaurants I?ve ever been to. The staff is completely rude unprofessional seems like no training is... given. They have their friends hanging out up here cussing acting out in front of the customers along with just letting whoeverwalked behind the counter. No communication on what?s going on at all. Health and safety concerns as soon as you walk in. Noowner availability or management. A bunch of kids running the place. Read more
My door dasher told me the employee argued him down that the order was correct, my order got here and was completely wrong, all... over, so no this is not a good location. And I will not be ordering from here again. I asked for 5 Hawaiian and 5 mild not 15lemon pepper wings dude. What ever employees that worked tonight need to be reevaluated. The most 0 of stars. First off the chick at the counter was rude from the get go. We were trying to figure out our order and she... was rushing us to order and looked peeved we were even there. We got a package order with two different size cups? There was noice in the soda machine. There?s like 8 people working but every table is dirty. There were no lids for the cups. There wastrash all over the place. The counters the floors had Dirty lids, cups, straws. Spiders AND roaches crawling around. Therestrooms had no soap or paper and there was dirty toilet water leaking all over the place in to the dining room. Honestly wouldhave just asked for my money back if they weren?t half way through our order. Oh and they got the order wrong??????????????????????. Used to come here before Covid and had no issues. This is the worst Wingstop in Fort Worth! Put my order in over 30 minutes ago and I still get here and still have to wait an... additional 10 minutes! Not a big deal but I still see 3 orders ahead of me? Then I know it will be more than 10 minutes. Theyneed both new management and more help since all I saw were 3 people! It's in a high dense area and most wingstops I've been tooat least have 5 or more staff. They are probably overworked and underpaid but I don't know! So hopefully they can get ittogether but I know it's been like this for a while now. Read more
Filthy dirty, coke machine dirty and sticky, over 50 flies flying everywhere inside restaurant, very, very hot inside restaurant... had take my meal to go!!! I was going to dine in, after I saw all that with my own eye, I was out the door adios wing stop. ThenI notice when I was in the car In didn?t get my blue cheese, I head back to the restaurant and open door the young lady was inthe restroom and open the door to another gentleman and went inside the restroom. His name was was Miguel because he took myorder that?s how I know (Receipt) Two people in the ladies restroom, figure it out! I ask for manager, but he was not there.
