I keep saying I will NEVER come back to this location because of the BAD customer services. I gave them the benefit of doubt... because I was close in route and didn't want to go spend more gas going on the other side of town. I thought let me try thisagain. Either to say nothing has changed and the customer services was just like it has ALWAYS being the times I've came there.The food was cold, I asked politely for HOT food. The attitudes still stinky and the store was dirty. I WILL NEVER come to thislocation again. (To be honest I thought maybe that there'll be new employees there, but the SAME crew is there from the last 2years). Sometimes you have to go farther to get descent services. Ordered a Boneless 15 piece wing combo with seasoned fries. For the flavoring of the wings, I split them up. So 5 Atomic, 5... Garlic Parmesan & 5 of that new honey hot rub flavored boneless wings. The packaging of my food was horrible. The plate wasn?teven closed. The bottom of the to go plate was DRENCHED in sauce. Soon as I lifted it out the bag, I could see the mess they lethappen. Lastly, the honey hot wings, we?re DRENCHED IN OIL. It?s like they didn?t drain my wings, before putting them in theplate. How disgusting. Do you really think I want my wings soaked in oil. Called the place to make an order was told to hold, drove up there while still on hold for 5 mins. Went in side the guy at the... counter was just talking to each other, I went in and told them that they could hang up the phone and he ask me why and I toldhim that it was me and he said that they were busy. I said that I been out side and that no one was inside and that they wasjust talking to themselves. There needs to be an mature individual in the store late at night to keep these young people fromruining the repetition of this store. Have pride in where you work and the company you represent. I ordered 20 piece lemon pepper. I paid additional money for all flats. I arrived to pick up my order about 4 minutes before my... order was supposed to be ready. Before I left the store I checked my order and there were a few drumsticks thrown in in place ofthe all flats that I paid additional money for. In addition to my order not being correct the wings had been sitting for a whileand had very little of the lemon pepper seasoning on them. I addressed this issue with the manager who quickly remade my order.That is the reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. The first picture I the original order the 2nd is the remade order. We come in around 10 pm to order and they messed up our order and the waitress at the front was very rude. We ordered boneless... but they charged us for bone in and gave us bone in. When we got home we noticed this terrible smell coming from one of theboxes and when we opened it we saw it was the chicken. We didn?t feel safe eating it bc it literally smelled like the floor of apublic bathroom! We will NEVER be coming back to this location, absolutely unprofessional workers and nasty, questionable foodquality. Don?t waste your time here and go to a different location, you?ll thank yourself. We ordered our wings at 1:15 for a 2:15 pickup time. When I arrived my order hasn't even been made yet and the people working... there appeared to just be relaxing and talking. I walked out at 2:57 with my order - I waited 40 minutes for wings that shouldhave been prepared by my pickup time. It's always hit and miss with this place with the quality of food. The food is usually pretty good and made quickly. I gave 3 stars because the place does feel dirty and grimy, I always have this... greasy feeling on my hands after going in there. Several times I've been in there and they have no ice either for their drinks.The food is pretty expensive so if I'm getting a combo I expect to have ice in my drink! Also tonight I watched severalemployees hang the phone up on people. It would ring 2 or 3 times and they would just quickly pick it up and hangup...repeatedly! I couldn't believe they would be doing that to customers and thought surly they weren't, so I got my phone outand called the store and sure enough they hung up on me! By McCart: Stopped by to order some wings. This place was filthy. The tables were dirty. Also, the cooks on the kitchen were... playing really loud music, and it was difficult to place an order at the counter since I could barely hear the cashier. It tookabout 20 minutes to get my order.
