They took 20 minutes for hard, dry chicken and fries that were not fresh drowning in salt. Because they have people behind the... counter trying to sell stuff not related to Williams instead of watching the food and customer's, none of what we ordered wasright. One guy had a Gucci jacket on, dirty nails and afro behind the counter just talking up a storm and fixing food. Weimmediately got our money back. Just because you are once again in the hood area as folks say, does not mean you have to act andlook like it. Do better. Read more

We picked up some food in the drive-thru around 8:30pm on a Wednesday. Very nice staff, affordable prices, pretty average food.... Each portion of fried chicken breast was actually half a breast. Okra was a little on the stodgy side and the rolls werecold. Overall not terrible but pretty meh. Read more
This place has totally went down hill . First of all This place had a sign posted on the door stating all order would be taken... through the drive thru which I didn't understand. But we went through the drive thru as instructed. There was one car in frontof me , which it took 13-14 for them to take their order. The service was extremely slow , there were 8 cars in the parking lotwhile I waited on my order . There was a lady asking for her money back at the door for the long wait. They had all the ordermixed up with other customers and I had already been waiting 45 minutes at this time. Once we arrived home the order wasincorrect and small portions of food ... so we didn't receive our money's worth. There was two cups of gravy one was too thickand the other was super watery. They definitely dropped the ball with this one , and I'm over it! You guy definitely need somebetter staff. Read more
Haven?t been to this location in a very long time. Typically long wait times. Came today and waited less than 5 minutes. Had... exceptionally friendly service at the window. Chicken is good but gizzards we?re tougher than usual gravy is always watery. Had to wait a good while for 6 pieces that they... said they had left n ready.. The last 3 visits I?ve made I haven?t been happy with due to watery white gravy long waits andalways out of stuff.. Read more
Ordered a 10 piece Chicken Tender with gravy. I got 9 tiny pieces and no gravy. I called them and their is nothing they can do... about it. If you're looking for a good chicken place keep looking because it isn't here. Read more
It Has Definitely Change Now that they have new management the young girls seem to hold on to you credit card longer instead of... sliding it and giving it back to you met one girl who said she was from Dallas and her brother wife was the one who running thisstore she was very unprofessional then was sitting down in the Drive-Thru taking my order not only that charged me for macaroniand cheese and I didn't even order it she thought because she was talking to me and holding the conversation with me while Iwait did I didn't pay attention I just blew it off came tonight November the 13th 2022 at 8:00 and they were already out ofchicken and chicken tenders and you could tell that they was arguing with each other I heard the boy say to the lady that hisfry was down and that he couldn't fry any more chicken the lady gave me an option of a chicken sandwich or hot wings aftersliding my card money.
