Chicken dinners and snack pack ordered. The fries were warm soggy and the chicken overly salted. The drink machine was down,... ordered sweet tea. Cups were flimsy, lids not secure, spilled out. Not the usual pleasant customer service received, theyoungladies were engrossed in their personal conversation,after several minutes one finally decided to acknowledge our presenceat the window. Taking our orders and advising the drink machine was down came off more as an imposition instead of how quicklycan I help you and send you on your way with decent food. Decided to break away from Lisa's, hmmmm? Or will we have to drive toDallas?! Don't believe we'll be back for a 2nd chance to get us again. Not in this recession! My food was spoiled and I became ill after eating only a very little bit of it.
Didn't get a chance to order anything my husband went to window to order young lady worked there overlooked him. Very... unprofessional she got out of a car gave a guy his food and went to that car to talk to the people in that car. Read more
3.5 stars We used a delivery service. The chicken was perfect but the fries were limp and not cooked well. Also the food... didn't come enclosed in one large bag. The box containing the chicken was left on the ground with the small bags of fries piledon top. The box had air holes in it, anything could have crawled in either during transport or while sitting on the ground infront of our door. Read more
Had not seen a Williams Chicken in many years, but had faint fond memories from days gone by of dad dropping in after church to... pick up chicken for the family as a kid. I was in the area back in early March for first Covid vaccine and saw this location, sostopped by on the way back out and grabbed a lunch for me and one of the sons. Was just as amazing as I recalled. Chickenpieces were juicy and large, veggies were tasty too. 21 days later had to stop again after the second shot to snag lunch for meand a different son. Was a winner for us both times. Wait staff were charming and helpful, service was quick and food fantastic,what more can one ask? Oh, yeah. Reasonable prices too! Read more
