I've gotta admit this location wasn't bad. Service was decent, food was hot, and not a complete mess. I don't generally eat... Whataburger, due to my local not decent at all. Food's a mess, very sloppy. Food is cold service is alright but not worth thehard earned money. Anyway yes this location was decent. I only tried it due to being out with a friend and he for some goofyreason likes Whataburger. Lol (local location) ???? He doesn't mind unwrapping a mess, or the food cold. Read more

The meals are not great if ordered off any menu save the breakfast menu. They are however a step up from McDonald's and that's... something I guess. Biscuits ????, ????????. It's not a waste of ???? here but it's ???? you'll wish you didn't spend and have afeeling of regret. Read more

After over 30 minutes in line and then being asked to pull in front of the store, never received food. Finally got a refund but... the employee took our receipt which was needed to contact headquarters in San Antonio. They told me I could not have my receiptback. I called the store manager from my car and she hung up on me when I nicely asked for my receipt. After standing at theside door, manager told my disabled husband to get away from the door or she'd call police. He could not walk to the front doordue to his disability. The receipt was finally handed over by the manager who also cursed at him calling him a "BAST*RD". Thereceipt was not the original from when we ordered...as shown by the time, it was reprinted. Contacted customer care and left avoicemail at corporate offices in San Antonio. I also have name of franchise owner. I will be contacting Corporate Headquartersin SA again tomorrow with names of all involved. This is inexcusable and the manager needs to be retrained at the very least. Idoubt calling your customer expletives is part of Whataburger training. Read more

Hey y'all. ! I just wanted to take the time to thank you for my order on Friday morning around 1030 am. It was great. Food was... fresh. Burgurs was on point and the fries were crispy. I was rather surprised as the the service and quality. Keep up the goodjob and ty! Read more

Ordering here is pure torture. When you get your food it?s cold and looks like it was made by toddlers. Gross. I?d drive across... town to go anywhere else. I love Whataburger, but this location has turned me off the brand. Read more

I said the hashbrowns were perfect. My wife's biscuit was old and hard. The employee was polite even after just opening the... store at 2 a.m. alone it seemed. I didn't eat my toquito because she forgot to get me picante sauce, and he forgot to ask. Read more

The one time I bought from this location, I had to wait 25 minutes to get my complete order despite the scheduled pick-up. I had... to remind them to make it because they apparently forgot, and it wasn?t because they were busy, the store wasn?t packed at all.Then I realized that I didn?t receive the extra sides I payed for, so I ended up getting robbed $2 by these people. As of yet noreal effort has been put by the restaurant to refund my stolen money. Read more
