I seriously do not even have words for this place...this is the second day in a row they messed up order. Both times I have been... missing a meal. But tonight they told me I definitely got the meal. I tried to go inside as soon as I pulled out of the drivethru line but the doors were locked so had to wait in line again ???????????????? always have problems here but when it's good,it's great. Only come here because it's the closest one to my house. I will say there is ONE young kid who works the front andhe is always very respectful and helpful. I placed an order online at around 8:55pm on 08/07/2022. When I arrived at 9:00pm and tried to walk inside but the doors were... locked so I called (app doesn?t have an option for curbside but there are curbside spots). When I called they said it would be afew minutes which is expected. At 9:25pm they bring out my food but I am missing a meal and missing gravy for all of my chickenstrip meals.I call back up there to tell them what I am missing. At this point this super nice guy had come out to my car atotal of 4 times. One of the times was just to check if everything was okay, super polite respectful guy. At 9:38pm I finallyget another bag with the meal that I?m missing and gravy. When I got inside I noticed that I was STILL missing a gravy. When wegot to finally eat the chicken tasted weird and cold. Extremely disappointed in timing and attention to detail but interactionswith employees was great. I hope this Whataburger gets some help because it?s the closest to my house and I freaking loveWhataburger but I will not be returning to this location. So adding on to this review today 11/15/2022. They still have notchanged any issues that?s been going on. I?m either missing food, wrong drinks or it takes hours. Or all the above. Read more
Downgraded to two stars. Got home with my order, my burger was not cooked thoroughly (was mostly pink in the middle); my fries... were over cooked and not edible, and my strawberry soda wasn't soda at all - tasted like strawberry flavored water with nocarbonization. What a waste of $9 overall. Read more

Long and wrong everytime. Order online and items NEVER ready or near ready when scheduled. Scheduled to be ready between... 9:50a-9:53a. Arrived at 9:56a and order not ready. Asked for order and advised they couldn't make my sweet tea because theydidn't have sugar. They hand me cups. I look back and say, "isn't that sugar on the counter". Lady straight up ignores me thenreplies with "we don't have the big bags". ???? I was offered no courtesy to correct. No apology for delay or missing orderitems. I left at 10:26 am and called customer service. Do not visit this location UNLESS you want to make your own sweet tea. Donot visit UNLESS you want to be asked if you want 'fresh' fries. Do not visit UNLESS you want some using cleaning equipment(broom/dustpan) with gloves and NOT changing those gloves or even considering washing their hands when leaving one station orduty to attend to COOKING/SERVICE duty. Even hearing all the conversation about 'i only got one more year' and 'i don't carewhat people put on social media, I got kids and grand kids to handle that." Wait, what? It was as if this place is inside thetwilight zone. Since all my past four orders have been ridiculously long/wrong and I've watched some people wait their entirelunch break to receive ONE combo, I cannot return.
