This particular experience was a drive thru order. Very prompt & courteous staff! I ordered the #1 Whataburger meal with cheese... & everything on it. It was very good. I really loved the fries also. Perfect amount of salt on those & they were hot & fresh. Iordered a sweet tea with that and it was very good. I always love visiting Whataburger! I've had their breakfast too and it'swonderful! Fries was cold ! They been giving me cold fries lately. She tried to charge me for water . As long as I got a meal I?ve never... been charged for a large cup of water .I got two meals and she tried to charge me 4.89 for two large cups of water . My stripscame with a dipping sauce and it?s not there. Cold fries no ranch equals I should have went somewhere else. Read more
Places a online order for curbside and they brought out my order wrong twice. Not to mention it came out over 10 mins later than... it should have. So finally I went in since when I asked for a manger I was told she was too busy. When I got inside I finallygot to speak with Sam who was the manager and no help at all. She was rude and never once apologized or even cared about thehorrible service. When I did finally get my order I got back to our hotel and realized I did not get a single condiment I hadrequested and the food was lukewarm. I just went there a few minutes ago with my sister, it?s 9:35pm ordered at 9:15pm. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no... pickles and my sister ordered her burger with avocado. We get home, I look at my sandwich and it has pickles, I take out thepickles in disgust and continue eating, the chicken is raw, not only did my sandwich come with pickles but the chicken is alsoraw, along with that, the fries are cold, and my sister?s burger DID NOT come with avocado. Was really just looking for a quickmeal but I can?t even enjoy it anymore. And the woman who took our order did not read it back to make sure. We even talked tothe person at the window to make sure we got what we wanted/didn?t want on our food and he confirmed, so why did we get thethings we didn?t ask for? Read more
After an unscheduled layover at DFW the airline put me up in a hotel. On the way I saw Whataburger and after checkin took the... short (7 minute) walk. Plenty of parking, drive through, and plenty of tables and seating inside. Friendly service, lots tochoose from, and my first visit to Whataburger was really good, big burger, toppings evenly spread, not greasy, accompanied witha vanilla shake I was beyond full but ate it all. This is the longest I've ever and I do mean ever waited for a food item...been waiting on my pancakes and sausage like a fool... for nearly 30 minutes. I should've asked for a refund...I'm watching cars come and go, and still no pancakes x sausage. I evenwent inside to inquire and was told they're waiting on the batter or pancake mix... seriously. If I didn't need to eat softfoods right now I'd be more upset...then they deliver with no syrup, butter or utensils...it's 9:32am... finally drivingaway...ughhh Whataburger do better!! Read more
Never get my dads order right but at least they re do it. Also some people are very nice and others will charge you twice for... one creamy pepper sauce. Over all its one of the better Whataburger locations Read more
