I just waited 30+ minutes in line and didn't get what I ordered. 100% recommend the one on sandshell over this one. Also gave me... cold, mushy chicken sandwich with a burnt bun and stale, cold fries. Sorry but if you're going to make me wait that long for"fast food" might as well be good quality and what I actually ordered. Read more
The cheeseburger was ok. Customer service was good and the place was clean.
Just what I remember about Whataburger such a great burger: had patty melt hot gooey cheese with two double patties with... grilled onions on two toasted bread oh my you have to try it and friend had blue cheese bacon burger, he wolfed it down so Icouldn't get a pic. Our experience was wonderful we in Ft Worth and Ms. Linda manager was so pleasant it felt like coming intoyour Auntie's kitchen. Fries were hot & fresh and that apple pie very delicious with crisp crust..so yummy. We got to trysample of the banana pudding shake and it was tasty. Smooth didn't taste any cookie it was good. I'll get malt tomorrow soworth it. It is just the way you like it...stop by one ...you won't regret it. And it like everyone knows you..feels like home.It's not fast food, it's good food. Read more
Went thru drive-thru; she was fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and communicated clearly (pet peeve of mine). Paid at the... window, got our drinks, then our food, we moved fwd and checked our food, it was correct and drove home. Food was great, she putboth spicy and regular ketchup as asked, and the fries were still right side up(!????). Great experience. Read more
Update: 03/06/2022 You might ask why I keep going to this Whataburger.... well simple answer is that it is the most convenient... location for me. Anyways. So I get my usual, biscuits and Gravy. I get to my office on Sunday morning only to see that theGravy is half full. No, I did not take any out. The Gravy is like that because of the way I was carrying the bag. I just don'tget it. How hard is it to do your job right? But, at least the biscuit was decent. What's right is right and wrong is wrong. And this my friends is just wrong. ----?------------------------------------ Update: OK. Bought 2 more biscuits and Gravy andthey were actually OK. Horrible slow service. Kids at every Whataburger I?ve been to can not make change. Order was $6.91 I gave the young man $10.01... he didn?t know what to do with the penny. Bun was dried out on my Whataburger Junior and my onion rings burnt and dumped upsidedown in my bag. No napkins in my bag either. Read more
