Food was great.. A trip to DFW is not complete without a stop at Whataburger
Nasty customer service. It was after 11 so I ordered breakfast, then I get a nasty reply that they are late and to stop asking... for breakfast. And when I asked when it would be available, I get a bad attitude telling me there is no breakfast. Then I askedto pay with tap to pay since I left my card at home by mistake, and I get an attitude and a raised voice from the drive thruthat they don't take tap to pay because they don't want to touch my dirty phone. I could've found another solution or gottendown to pay inside but I found it disrespectful to insult me and speak rude to me. Zero stars and I was happy to leave withoutmy food or paying. Their bad attitude would've poisoned it anyway. Read more
I arrived at this location at 230 pm ,and didn't place order till 242pm. The staff ignores the customers and seems to be without... direction. Management is to busy cooking a d filling orders because the staff is so incompetent, spaced out or face down intheir phones. Do better ! Read more
The whole entire staff looks like they don?t care about anything they?re doing. Just a tip, they might as well look for another... job that they actually would put care into. I get it it?s fast food but have definitely seen people with way better attitudes atfast food places. Read more

New building, new Whataburger. Still takes time going through the drive thru. Don't bother using the app to order ahead. You... still have to wait in line. I had an additional wait on my food once I got to the window. All they had ready for me was mydrinks. This was at 4:30 am so it wasn't busy. There was one car in front of me. To make matters worse, the burgers were coldand the fries were worse. They were cold and oh so very greasy, as though they had been sitting on the counter all day. What wasI waiting on? I could have gone with 3 stars if the food was fresh but instead I give it one star. Avoid this location. Read more
Excellent food hot and fresh just like you would expect from any Whataburger. The team here worked well with good energy and I... would go back to them anytime I was in the area. They put a touch more salt on their french fries than any of the locations herein Fort Worth so I like their french fries better. Almost worth the drive. Read more
The customer service of Perla at Whataburger was AMAZING! I ate at Whataburger yesterday, and loved it! Later, my twin brother... and I ate somewhere else, and their food/customer service turned me into a frog... My twin brother had to bring me back intoWhataburger to get another burger and have great customer service. And now... Because of the great burger, and great customerservice of Perla...
