They get the orders wrong every time. I haven't been to this location for 3 months since and they had the wrong order then.. I... thought maybe they would get their things in order, I was sorely mistaken.. I had to put one star in order to place a comment. I placed an order online and I have waited over an hour to have it prepared.... The crew look lost and disorganized. I see a manager not helping nor directing his crew. Instead he snuck out the back and ranaway from the hot mess with his crew struggling to get orders ready and handed out. My fave go-to breakfast spot when I go into the office a few days a week! Quick, courteous & food is always fresh! I usually get... the big breakfast platter & add a side of sausage gravy. It's very plentiful I eat for lunch as well!!!! Read more
Karla and Jackie both working drive thru horrible customer service. Had a 50$ order asked if needed condiments after being... extremely rude and unprofessional was pulled up to wait 15 minutes on my order and given no condiments after I paid for extrasauce as well. Had to disconnect my special needs son from his medical equipment to go inside and ask for the rest of my order.But there was one employee Angel working front register that changed the whole situation with her kindness in given meassistance. I don?t understand how this location has gotten anything beyond 1 star it?s the slowest location thus far. It?s a shame that I... have to travel out my way to get decent service. It?s like it?s intentionally done!! Every experience at this location has beennothing short of terrible. When you have to wait 30 minutes for breakfast there?s a problem! Why have a secondary line availablewhen all the customers there wait while the main line goes swiftly??!! The food was cold and not fresh! I went through the drive-thru. They take my order at 4:17. Recieved my order at 4:31. I asked for cheese ? Do you see cheese on... this burger. I ask for crispy onion rings. Do they look crispy to you? Wait get this, i get to work i start to enjoy so ithought i was going to enjoy my meal... No cheese , onion rings not crispy. I call and told them , all they said was come backup there and they would fix it . What i already spent 24 minutes waiting for them to cook my meal and they want me to come backup there so they can try to fix it. So if yall want to have a very bad experience please stop on by.
