Big improvement on service & speed. My meal was delicious! I was missing a few things including the straw for my drink. On top... of not having the extra onions I requested, I barely had any onions on my burger. I ordered a shake, but sadly the machine wasout of order. I was told it was coming out like water. If I return I hope my entire order will be correct, and shake/maltmachine is running properly. Read more
There were only two people working to drive through and cooking the food. The cook in the back was doing the job of three... people. The friendly foot cashier was taking orders at the counter and take an orders at the drive-thru. They were doing theirjobs most accident most professional and very very very very efficient. I only waited 20 minutes for my taquito. But I'm okaywith that because they were doing such a darn good job with the limited amount of staff. So very very impressed with those twopeople Whataburger this morning and they still made my Taquito the best thing the keto I ever had thank you Whataburger forhiring such beautiful wonderful efficient professional people kudos to you. Everyone was so friendly, the lobby was in perfect condition, the food was perfect and I can't say enough positive things. Showup in the lobby sometime at night and see what's up! If you?re from this side of Fort Worth and still come to this Whataburger after 10pm you understand the situation you?re putting... yourself in. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes minimum in the drive through every time, employees carelessly handling you?re orderand properly giving you everything you?ve ordered. They rush you when you are ordering, and won?t fix any items they failed toadd or asked for on you?re order. It?s honestly a 0 star place built for drunk people, if you can avoid coming here than do so. Read more
As a new visitor to Texas had to try whataburger. The food was everything I expected from what I've heard, the only reason for... the lower rating is we waited exactly 34 minutes for the food. I'm not one to make a fuss and especially don't get aggravatedwith food workers, I understand it can be tough. However when I finally did go to the front to ask our food instantly was handedto me.
