Went there Saturday night with some friends, ordered food for all of us. Everything was good except when I wanted to order... another item, the guy in the front told me that they aren?t taking anymore dine in orders because they were low on staff. Now Iunderstand that, but he was out in the lobby talking to other people or his friends, if he would do his job it would of helped alot. This was at 1:30 am. Wasn?t even packed. I asked him what was his managers name and he left to the kitchen and I heardthem laughing, he never came back out. I really don?t think that was right. Waited on service with employee lounging in dining g area ,cold old browned! Scrambled eggs no coffee made, we finally got... water coffee ,looking at the bottom of my coffee cup ,let me tell you something, if you can see the bottom of your coffee cupthrough the coffee it's not coffee. I am literally dropping my rating down from a 4 to a 1. July 15, 2022 night crew that was there after 12 a.m. the service was... unexceptionable! You could not tell that there was any management going on what so ever. To be honest this waterburger needs to take some classes before they start any employees . There is so much cross contamination,... wearing gloves and going outside to deliver food with them touching the Door etc..(Cross Contamination). and probably not evenchange the gloves out and they go back to the kitchen to continue making more Burgers . Let's get some training please on thisremove gloves every time when doing a new Task. Read more
Stinks....so many ways at this location. Ordered chicken strips and fries... got 2 fries...was curbside so had to go in and wait... behind a lady that had ALSO got the wrong order. Good thing I check my orders before I leave. So while they fixed my order Iwaited in my car for them to bring it out and the little girl was apparently irritated to have to do her job. Just left here and this is my last time coming to this location! The food is ALWAYS cold! I have 3 Orders of fries missing from... my bag and not to mention there?s a soiled glove in my bag as well. Absolutely disgusting! Read more
