Third time I've been here where I had to go ask for my order after 15 minutes and watching people around me get their food. It... was just a single honey butter chicken biscuit. Nothing extra. Guaranteed 15 minutes in a short drive through line for the past 4 years. Inside is always dirty and understaffed, even before... covid. Last time I went inside I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready and I was the first in line. A disabledveteran came in and was waiting for service but no worker came back to man the front register for over 10 minutes! So peoplestarted leaving. I would have also but I already placed my order. This Whataburger is horrible!!! Rather than doing the right thing and making fresh hash browns for the customer, they put all... the cold, stale ones that had been sitting there for hours and were completely inedible in a large container and put it in mybag. Unbelievable!! The girl working the drive thru was not friendly either. Read more
They were able to fill my order. Dry and I have had better. Went back by what a burger last night. Thought I would get... something healthy. Ordered a chicken apple cranberry salad. $8 and it is so small you can see the bottom of the bowl. Read more
This place is the worst. Service is terrible they can never get the food correctly. Even when you order online and give them... time to make it correctly they still screw it up. The managers are a joke they don?t help at all. We have tried to give them achance since they are close to the house. But they always disappoint. We just spent $65 on food. We have a large family. And thedrink machine was out didn?t know till we got home. They forgot cheese on all the items we added cheese. They served old friesthat you could not eat. The chicken in the kids meal as well as the sandwich was hard and old. All the meals were cold. And Iwas told by Dasha the manager that she would not do anything to correct it. This is the 2nd, and the LAST time I received HORRIBLE service from this place! I ordered a simple cheeseburger for my son and... they a plain burger with ketchup! Never seen a CHEESEBURGER with NO CHEESE! not to mention the 25 min wait for my food, andconfusing my order with someone else?s! Definitely need to change the pm manager! Staff seems to have not have a care in theworld about to 18 cars they stack up into two lanes taking their sweet time! Wanted to wait after a few times, but now I?ve gone well over 7 times. This location is hands down my favorite place to get... something after a long day or a treat at night. Every time I come they are so nice and do a great job. The food is always hotand fresh, and the drinks and milkshake are bubbly and deliciously sweet. This last time I was checked out by Faya, she was verykind and courteous and was a top tier experience. Can?t give a higher review, you guys always do a great job! Thank you! Read more
