Most Whataburger locations you can count on long waits and incorrect orders but this one takes the cake. "Large" rings and... that's supposed to be a burger. That's 20 minutes after ordering curbside. Read more

I ordered the bacon blue cheese burger...there was NO bacon and a tiny pinch of cheese in the middle..the kid at the window... needs to speak where people can understand him. They also forgot a order of onion rings. Im usually so happy to have whataburgerbut sadly not today.???? Read more

This is by far the worse Whataburger ever. Last time My husband went there and they give us a burger without the meat. Not... everyone has the chance to stop somewhere and check your food I mean you pay to get what you ask for but they will always giveyou the wrong things. we called to ask them to remake our order because the sandwich was going to be nasty and cold and myburger was wrong. My husband got there and they had an attitude FOR THEIR MISTAKE and threw the other sandwich away. Thenproceed to argue with my husband that all he asked for as them to remake the 2 burgers. Because THEY MADE A ?MISTAKE? which I?mStart to think they do it on purpose to annoy people. I wish I went there instead of my husband I heard the girl going on onarguing with my husband over 2 BURGERS THAT WE PAY FOR ACCUSING HIM OF LYING AND THAT HE DID NOT CALL THEM TO ASK FOR AN ORDERREPLACEMENT WHEN OUR SECURITY CAMERAS YOU CAN HEAR HIM AND THEM TALKING ON THE PHONE ABOUT IT. I worked in a restaurant beforeand I know how clients can be but I hate to cause a fuss but this girl really got into my last nerve. I wish I knew who she wascus my husband didn?t even want to know anything about her but is insane. I would never give one more penny to this place.People that work there should look for a different job for real. Read more

I love the Whataburger franchise but the wait during the lunch rush is ridiculous. "But, it's lunch!?", you might be thinking...... id be more understanding if there weren't like 15 people working on the food but not an assigned cashier to take your order.Then, you take a number to wait for them to bring your order to you, 15 minutes later and they still don't know where it is.Never go during lunch. Any other time, they're awesome. Read more
