Ok....this location is not good. Mind you they have two lanes so you think they will be able to keep up. Nope. Waited close to... 20 minutes for 3 hamburgers. Customer service was horrible. no apologies, or updates every time the kid passed by. This was thesecond time too. I tried to be empathetic but seriously? The manager was just on the phone the whole time I was waiting. If it'sa shortage of people in the back cooking, step in bro! Not organized at all. And then our order was wrong....so yeah. Not good. Get my man Sunday a raise. It took one hour to get through the line, but some shirtless dude was dancing outside so I had... entertainment. That burger took so long but I understand because that burger was so good, it had my spine tingling and my toescurling. Dont mind my camera quality, it does not do the burger justice. Read more
We've been here before and it wasn't bad but today during the lunch hour it was so slow. I placed an online order and picked up... curbside. After about 20 min I went in to ask if they had gotten the order. The cashier checked and said they were waiting onthe chicken. It took another 5-7 min. So almost half an hour. The only food in Texas worth waiting 20min in the drive through for. Just to be clear, not sarcasm. Everything here is... actually cooked to order. I like the burgers just fine but I just can't handle the customer service. Tried again today, went inside to avoid the huge... delay in drive thru. Ordered and 35 minutes later, no food. They couldn't find our food, which was 3 Whataburgers. They handledthis by just repeatedly asking one another about it while we kept waiting. One of them complained about just wanting to go home.We ended up asking for a refund and walked out and went somewhere else. This is a pattern. Please do better, I want to see yourrestaurant succeed.
