After waiting an hour for our food order that consisted of 1 burger and 3 orders of nuggets this is what we got. Cold, clearly... undercooked nuggets that seem like they were cooked stuck together then ripped apart before they were given to us. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am a dasher and was here to pick up a customer's food. Upon arrival 2 employees... exited a vehicle at the same time and appeared to be under the influence of something. One of them then proceeded to wave me tothe drive thru even though I had pulled in to go on the inside. The girl at the drive thru sounded like she didn't even want tobe there. Once I advised of who I was picking the order up for they proceeded to tell me that they were out of regular chickennuggets and salad and had me pull forward( outof regular nuggets and salad on a Sunday at 7pm). So I went inside of therestaurant, Asked for the employees to remake everything fresh. 3 out of the 5 employees there(including the 2 that got out ofthe car) appeared to be under the influence of something. Asked the guy who handed me my order for his name he replied with "myname is B but you don't know me!" I don't know if the general manager or manager cares or not(it's obvious that they DON'T) butyour employees are going to be the cause of this restaurants downfall! Read more
This is the absolute worst Wendy?s I have ever been to. I visited on Friday 8/26/22 at 6:00PM and there were no 3 cars in the... parking lot and none in the drive through. This should have been a sign but I had already ordered online so I went in. The placewas dirty looking and the people working were more interested in talking to each other than helping me. All 3 employees werestill working on my order but it still took 10 minutes to get 2 salads and a kids meal. They did not seem to know what they weredoing. I had the avocado salad they put so much cheese the lid would not close so they taped it closed. My wife?s had thestrawberry salad half way through making it they tell me they are out of strawberries. They asked if I wanted a strawberry saladwithout strawberries?? After I sad no they asked if I wanted another salad, I said I wanted a refund and was told I would haveto do it on the app?? I did not use the app, I did it in Chrome and had already closed the browser. I took the food as is andplaned to add strawberries to the salad when I got home. After being pleasantly surprised recently at a different Wendy's, we thought we'd try our local one. Sorry to say the whole... experience was disappointing. The order wasn't quite right - one burger was missing tomatoes and another had cheese butshouldn't have. Asked for Hi C but got Fanta. I wanted to ask them to fix it but the dining room is closed, the only way was togo through the drive thru line again. I might have but the line was long so the other food would get cold and fries would getsoggy, so we chose not to. The bigger disappointment was the food. One of the hamburger buns was hard and stale, the fries weresoggy and cold anyway, and the apples for the kids meal were so far beyond their expiration date that they were a pile of mush(see photo). But even the other burgers that weren't stale or messed up still didn't taste great, probably because it wasn'tvery fresh. In summary, we won't be back. Read more
I came in tired, slightly injured and very hungry. I had been out in the heat and was in my opinion a difficult customer, asking... a bunch of questions, trying to pay in cash, but not having it, asking for an ice pack, and just taking a bunch of the staff'stime. Demariah (not sure how she spells it) was super helpful and got me everything I needed and wanted. She was patient andprofessional, and I really appreciate her and the whole staff. The food was good (obviously since it's Wendy's), the whole placewas clean and even the music was on point. I left fully satisfied and feeling much better all around. Read more
Ain't no way I'd ever eat here...luckily it was a delivery for someone else...walked into the bathroom to use it before I picked... up the order and this is what I walked into... didn't even feel safe using the bathroom so I didn't lol...man this is terrible Ican only imagine what other cleaning practices aren't being using...I'm honestly floored...but not this floor cause it's, wellyou see it. Only giving 1 star because zero is not an option. I have tried to give this Wendy's a chance over and over but they always fail... miserably. I have gotten so many burnt chicken nuggets here its crazy, the last batch was so overcooked it was dry inside. Somany times I have been overcharged for my food. Employees are very unprofessional, when they finally do get a decent employee ormanager they don't seem to last long. This place needs a major overhaul. Read more
