I’ve never left a review before but I just had to for this one. This is the most disgusting Wendy’s I ever been to.... Cashier/Manager was rude. Okay who cares, as long as I get my food. Food was cold. Every single table was dirty. Floor wassticky. No straws. We’re out of almost every drink. Bathroom did not have any toilet paper in the toilet paper dispenser,instead they left the roll on top of the trash for you to grab. Read more
This is by far the nastiest location in the DFW omg if y’all could see the condition of this store, I went back bcz my order... was wrong, which prompted me to go inside and I was baffled by what I seen. I wasn’t aware that fast food no longer have towear gloves when around food, and wow the kitchen part is beyond anything I could imagine, I just simply threw all my food away.No thank you! Make sure they tell you your total BEFORE you hand over your card. They ran my debit card which had more than enough funds to... cover my meal and told me I owed an additional $4 and some change... huh??? I immediately logged into my banking app to findthat the total amount was actually charged and deducted from my account. When I continued to question it, the cashier says ohdon't worry about it and handed me a receipt. When I looked at the receipt there was an extra entree that I did not order anddid not receive! If you go to this location, make sure your order and total are accurate and it's probably better to just usecash to avoid any suspicious activity. Read more
Dine in was still closed at lunchtime. Pick up on mobile order was not available. Had to wait in drive thru. Mobile order was... incorrect and food was cold after 1/2 hour wait in line. Wouldn't let us pick up mobile order in person neither would theydeliver to designated mobile parking spot. Terrible service. So much for "skip the line." Would not recommend this Wendy's.Whataburger would be a better option. Read more
Slow service and doesn’t give you what u ask for. I ordered 6 pc spicy, med fry and a chocolate chip cookie. They give me 2... spicy and don’t have half of the stuff on the menu like I asked for a Powerade and they didn’t have no one flavor. Also gaveme an oatmeal raisin cookie instead of the one I asked for. If you don’t have it tell us instead of giving us something wespecifically didn’t pay for. DO BETTER Read more
