Went through drive thru pretty late but was asked to pull up so they can make fresh food. When they brought my food out it was... cold like it was sitting all day. Then the cashier got an attitude when i asked for her to remake the food and started yellingsaying she's the only one there. She didn't come back to the window so I asked another girl to give me a refund. Then themanager Clara came to the window and had an attitude when I asked for a refund. She went to the back and never came back. Iasked the cashier where is my money and she went and got the money from Clara. I will never spend my money here again. 6:38am 9/29/22 just drove up the lady says something we couldn't understand. I said "good morning how are you" then quiet. She... then says something we couldn't understand because I'm guessing she wasn't holding down her headset button long enough so we gotthe last word she said which was "ed" I said "I'm sorry" ... nothin from her. Then I said "I'm sorry miss I couldn't hear you".Few seconds later she raises her voice and says "CLOSED" my 10 year old daughter and I look at each other. I told her "you don'thave to be rude, we couldn't hear you". I waited a few seconds and left. I hope the owner reads this!!! Read more
By far the absolute worst places I've ever worked. The store is filthy! Flies everywhere. Disrespectful kids working there.... Multiple people coming in the store daily complaining about the person in drive through or the person taking orders. This placeis a zoo. I never worked scheduled hours, the managers are all full of it. David ,Shannon , and claira need to do much better. The absolute worst !!! Kids coming in using the N word.... The night manager is a little rude and aggressive. It's as if she doesn't allow staff to do there job or let the customers... finish there questions before she rudely makes it clear she's done rather you are or not. It's bad when the employees apologizesas soon as you get to the window because they don't want to get cussed out or treated rudely. No one should have to work undersomeone like that and customers shouldn't be treated that way either. The energy was not good tonight. Read more

I received an incomplete order and was asked to wait for the rest of my food. While waiting I noticed that my bags didn?t feel... like they had hot food in them. So I decided to reach for a fry and it was cold. I called to complain and asked to speak with amanager and she sent another employee out, but she later came out while I was explaining to the employee that my order was cold.I handed him a box of fries and he passed them to her. Usually pretty decent but today the pineapple mango lemonade had way to much pulp. They should not be dishing out the bottom of... the barrel to customers. Literally half the cup was all pulp. Read more
The Black lady at the morning drive thru was very rude and said we are not open yet. We waited and the sign at first window said... drive up to next window so we did. We wait there for a while and the same lady opens window and yells...I said we are not opengo away. The hours on the window shows they should be open. No customer service at all SMH Read more
