First off the AC is broken, fix this before opening im suprised the employees havent left its way too hot, so I dont blame my... wrong order on the employees but on the owner.. i had a $5 texas biggie bag and a regular biggie bag one with spicy nuggetshowever they were regular. One of the fries was 3/4 empty and the sauce was wrong. In the end it took 30+ minutes for me to getmy order. Read more

This place needs to be closed down. New management, or have the company/corporation Wendy?s put more effort into their... restaurants. Inside was sooo hot I felt bad for the employees. Our burger was cold, meat was dry, crispy and as if it had beensitting out for a while. Food was a let down overall.we also waited for such a long time for our food. Last night 7-23-2022 My family and I went to the Fort Worth location at 6321 Wichita Street at 11:52am and the young man that... was working drive thru stated to me that they are closed. I asked him are you sure because the website and your door states1:00am. He said yeah I'm sure and proceeded to ignore me. I then called the inside of the location hoping to speak to a managerand to no avail no one answered. I was literally sitting there looking at the employees do absolutely nothing. To make matterseven worse, the was a car in front of me parked in drive thru awaiting their order I believe and 3 more cars behind me that hedid the exact same thing to. Corporate needs to come out and actually see how your consumers are being treated. And If thelocation was actually closed, the website and door should reflect that. I got the $5 Bigge Bag with the chicken sandwich. My nuggets were good however, the chicken sandwich was dry and cold and my... fries were extremely salty. There was no ice for my drink. I ate my nuggets which were good but ended up trashing everythingelse. With the price of gas now it wasn't worth returning to the store for an exchange or money back. Read more

I will try to avoid this location. Twice now, they put 'cheese on my breakfast biscuit, when I specifically ordered it without.... Also, I got no change, even when I pointedly asked for it. The guy just laughed, and shut the window of the drive-thru. At theend of a shift, the overage in the register adds up to a nice 'bonus'. Manager, take note. Review security video.
